Wonderful staff but all plants are breathtakingly expensive (cheapest item available was still over $200). We were looking for seedlings but only plants available are several years old and grown. We had a groupon that we returned for a refund because we couldn't find anything we were interested in or at a price we could stomach

Best place to get large plants and trees, like citrus, banana and many more! They also sell flowers and herbs. Can't wait till they have other tropical in 3 weeks.

Bought a beautiful pink lemon tree last year in the spring and it was delivered with some fruit already set on it. Loved the look and the smell of the blossoms throughout the year. Decided to use their over wintering service. Tried to find out when they would deliver this spring but no one answers the phone, no one responds to calls, there is no email option and the web site does not provide any useful info. I know that Covid was part of the issue this spring but the website could have been updated. All of a sudden yesterday I get a call that they are at my house to deliver my tree. When I get home I see this beat up, half dead tree missing most of its leaves, so bad I am not even sure it was my tree. See the tree that I gave to them last fall vs what I just received in the attached pictures. When/if they call me back, I will update this review. Update June 24, 2021 A much better experience this past year. Decided to use their over wintering service again after talking with new staff. My tree came back this year in much better health although I think it could have been better pruned (wasn't thinned enough in some areas).

I am throwing out my $350 Lemon tree today, after a horribly disappointing experience with this business. I am a long time gardener and lover of all fruit trees, and it was my dream for years to have a lemon tree. My family surprised me with a beautiful tree from this business for my birthday a couple of years ago. When it was time to bring it indoors, I noticed it had tropical scale insects on it. I gave them a call and they advised to treat it and over winter it at home, and to call them in the Spring, saying they would replace the tree. After a stressful winter trying to fight this insect and try to prevent it from attacking my other tropical plants, the tree lost the fight and looked worse and worse. I gave them a call in the Spring, and they said to send a detailed email. When I sent an email, it was ignored, and when I followed up by calling, they informed me that the person who was responsible had left the company, and gave me another contact email. Many more emails and phone calls were unanswered, and they did not replace the tree. I am now stuck with a dead, $350 Lemon tree, disappointing and a huge waste of money to say the least. I cannot recommend this dishonest business to anyone. Take your money somewhere else to avoid disappointment. Two years and no response.

We bought a palmtree years ago and had them winter it for us for years, things were great, but the last couple years, things have GONE DOWNHILL, took many phone calls for them to reply, wondering when they were delivering the tree.One year we received it sometime in the middle of June with no explanation of why so late. I drove there to see what was going on with my palmtree, it was not looking good at all. They said it needed to be repotted. I told them, it would of been nice to know when they picked it up last fall because now it almost looked dead. Won't be back!

Service is terrible .will not answer phone . Will not return calls . Delivery promises not kept . I had to drive there just to communicate with these people . Even then ,promises not kept .

business did not supply what was ordered nor comply with when it was to be delivered. business did not respond to several email and telephone attempts to contact them. business representative had previously agreed to refund the prepayment even contacting me once to establish an amount. never happened notwithstanding my numerous contact attempts. their product and performance in previous years was excellent - something has gone wrong with them

I drove 200 km to get there, with big van to load some trees. I came at 11, nice warm Sunny day. There was a chain across and two phone numbers , and no opening hours. I called these numbers several times till one was answered by a man. He said "I will be there in one minute" I was waiting and waiting and 20 minutes later I gave up. There were 2-3 younger people out to sit and smoke outside, but nobody showed any interest in me standing there. Then I noticed a sign "Closed for the season" which was on the other side of the road, which is not visible from the entrance. So when is the SEASON? Who is the owner? I read a response to one review about apology and being in some sort of transition. I do not buy that, it is a poor excuse for the owners being incapacitated. If you are in "transition" just post it. And can't you just post WHEN will you open? I wish you well, but frankly business like that asking to go belly up, for a sheer disregard for basics principles of business. I was coming to spend around 2000 dollars, they could see my big van, I am sure they have the plants somewhere inside. Complete disregard for customers, and I see I am not the only one. V.

This place is great this is the place you go if you want great patio potted trees mostly palm trees and citrus but a wide variety of citrus. Also great service and very helpful advice

Their sign on the road and Facebook says they are open 9-5 daily when in reality they are open 10am-4pm Friday and Saturday only. Although their sign says this when we arrived on a Saturday at 3pm they were closed and had a sign that said "closed due to weather". It was 27 degrees Celsius and sunny. Furthermore they had a couple of phone numbers to contact but both went straight to voicemail. Someone eventually came and got us from the locked gate and it took 45 mins to be helped. Service was poor, we regretted buying a Groupon from them.

We have been clients for several years and own a couple palms and a lemon tree. The gang at CC have been awesome! They are very knowledgable and supportive and have even visited our home to check on the well being of one of our trees when it was doing poorly one season. Their customer service is fabulous and they have exchanged a tree for us, repotted our trees and even loaned us a tree ! Their only wish is that you be satisfied and happy with your trees. What a great service! I highly recommend this local resource to enhance your summer landscape!
