Not only is their service second to none, their knowledge is also unrivaled as my own gardening skills have evolved considerably as a result of their presence here in Kelowna. Add to this their own product line (Diablo Nutrients) which is the best I have ever used. And finally, to ice the cake, they are LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED!! 15 june 2019 told the clerk I needed to learn where I could find some information on my plants and at his request described the problem. He admitted he couldn't perceive what I meant thereby showing his ignorance of plants. He said I needed to bring in a photo. I offered three alternatives to that and was shut down each and every time to the growing amusement of the rotund unkempt individual given the Sunday afternoon shift. I just left and was yelled at by him as I walked out the door "Guess you can't handle that,eh?"I wont go back
