Stopped at ProSource as I wanted to move a sprinkler head and had never done it before. I was greeted by Rhonda, she was very patient and helpful. Sometimes you go into specially supply stores and, unless your a contractor who knows exactly what they are doing, they aren't very patient or helpful. Rhonda and ProSource were great!

Asked questions about how to measure GPM. The answers I got were rushed and the staff member was clearly not putting much effort in and became irritated. I took this as a sign they were busy so I went home and checked on YouTube which gave a much clearer answer. I called back and asked if the figure I got sounded correct and the staff member said at first that he though it should be higher and then said that maybe he was just getting his numbers mixed up. He offered no more help at which point I asked if I could speak to somebody else who knew or call another store at which point he told me that was my choice. I asked once again if he knew of someone who could help me and he didn't have an answer. I'm overall dissatisfied and going somewhere else. I've never met two people more disinterested in helping someone learn about a trade. Dissapointing.

This is an unprofessional, very poorly managed business and they don't care about anybody. Their stupid alarm is triggered for no reason at all hours and it disturbs the entire neighbourhood. After years of this problem and being made aware of it, they choose to do nothing. Either too lazy, incompetent or don't give a ..... .They don't know how to install a proper alarm system, or bother to get monitoring; how can they do anything proper for their customers. Pathetic.
