Garrett has done property maintenance for use for three years including lawn and tree care, roof cleaning, christmas lights and literally anything we needed. I had my cedar hedges trimmed today (March 10th/16) and was impressed by the detailed work done. When we moved into this house, four years ago, our cedar hedge had been neglected for 7 years and Pristine Property Maintenance brought it back into amazing shape. I have always been very happy with the results. They are very detail orientated, punctual, and respectful of one's property. I have used Pristine Property Maintenance for our own home as well as our rental property. They have done grass cutting, spring and fall garden cleanup, garden bed maintenance, pruning and also put up and took down our Christmas Lights. Garrett and his team arrive on time, do the work agreed upon and he sticks to his quotes. I find Garrett to be courteous, professional, trustworthy, contientous and he also has great suggestions for the garden. I am always very happy when Pristine Property Maintenance has been to my place, everything looks so beautiful, my garden is well looked after and they always leave everything very clean! Great job! Garrett and his crew did a good job on my front yard.However, when they put rocks on the road in front of my house.It was a problem with city bylaw and permits.Make sure all companies have permits when doing any kind of work on your house!
