Communication was great through supply chain issues, he was flexible around our holiday schedules and more than willing to listen to our ideas and requests. This was no little job. Prime Rock Walls built a us floating fire pit at the edge of our property, raised the grade of our entire backyard by 6-12 inches (with a retaining wall), built walls around our lower deck and more. I've never seen anyone work so hard, and Ben took it upon himself to make sure every fine detail; from the shape of our point, to the curve in our walls, was done with absolute perfection. The natural rock jump into the pool was his suggestion and is the "life" of our backyard. I have never been so impressed. This company is the total package, not only industrious, but has the artistic ability to maximize any project you give them.

I purchased a new home in Kelowna the summer of 2017, I contacted Ben shortly after the purchase about him building a fairly large two tier rock wall along the entire lower side of the property. By the late fall of 2017, Ben had built us a beautiful retaining wall. It ended up being nice enough that our neighbour also hired Ben to construct a similar retaining wall for them. Ben was awesome. I got a quote from another rock wall company in Kelowna. I thought the price was a bit high but fair. I decided I would try to do the retaining wall my self. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Rented an excavator and went at it over a course of a week. Bad idea to say the least. Looked like I did it myself. My wife said it had to go! She is usually right way more often than not. Ben was working down the street and I really liked his work and attention to detail on the infill sections. Had him come give me a quote. Had I got a quote from him in the first place I would have saved myself a lot of work but the cost of rental equipment almost paid for his excellent work. We used Prime Rock Walls this summer to assist with a huge yard renovation project which included five rock walls and custom rock staircase. This was a challenging project due to the sloped difficult terrain but also due to the extensive installation of a septic tank system occurring at the same time. Ben Fuller quoted and ran the project from beginning to end and was amazing to deal with. Although it was a busy time of year, he fit our project in and completed it on time and on budget. We had a fairly large rock come out of the bottom of a rock retaining wall in our limited access back yard. We called around various businesses and many were days before getting back to us, or even a week. We tried Prime Rock Walls and they got back immediately. Ben was able to come over, get his excavator into our back yard, arrange for a fence guy to come put our fence back into the ground for us(needed to take out fence to get excavator in), and do an Extremely good job. He made the wall better than it was before, and all for a very reasonable price. He worked with us to get it done very quickly.
