I have been dealing with Cathy at Hep's for almost 18 years now and have always found Hep's to be honest and fair. No matter what problem I bring, they always find a solution at a reasonable cost. Person at front desk extremely rude. Had issues with the service and was hung up on twice after she started yelling over the phone. Terrible. First time we had service they forgot to put oil cap back on, had to pay to have vehicle cleaned when it spilled in back of SUV. Go somewhere else, this place is a rip off.
