Randy at Hagen Landscaping was fantastic and truly went above and beyond. Not only did he do an incredible job, but he took the time to walk my wife and I through all the different plants found in our garden and explained what they need. We are new home owners and this was all new to us so the information he shared will be invaluable for our future. Randy even went as far as to explain all the tools he used and what we would need to buy to manage this ourselves moving forward. Outstanding service and an impeccable job. Our cedar hedge had not been pruned for at least five years, having been neglected by the previous owners of our home. Randy took on that job at a very reasonable rate and had to cut up to seven or eight feet of growth off our aging cedars. Randy is a perfectionist and did a wonderful job over the three days he was here! Thank you Randy...we would not hesitate to recommend you to others!

Actually turned up and on time for the initial scheduled appointment (a rarity in Kelowna), quoted same day, started a few days later. Turned up every day on time with communication at the end of each work day. Finished on time and to budget. Very well priced. A pleasure to deal with and highly recommended.
