We were in the market for good quality, powerful electric heaters for our outdoor living space. After doing our research we concluded the Bromic brand was the perfect choice. We purchased the heaters from Canada Outdoor Kitchens. The service we received was exceptional. They arranged with Bromic to provide us with a heating plan and helped us select the right heaters and switches for our needs. The heaters were shipped directly to our home but unfortunately, when we unpacked one of the boxes, one of the elements broke. We contacted Canada Outdoor Kitchens thinking we would have to purchase another element but to our relief the manager of the store coordinated with Bromic to replace the element under warranty. Bromic stood behind its product and Canada Outdoor Kitchens gave us Above and Beyond customer service. We highly recommend them!
