They seem to carry the widest variety of stock in Winnipeg. Their prices are always the lowest I find. If you find a cheaper price online, talk to them they'll sort something out. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. The store is welcoming, and well organized. A pleasant shopping experience. If you have questions, ask them they love to answer.

Do yourself a favour and just nod and agree with everything the old guy says. He's stuck in his way of growing and does not understand enough about other techniques so he just writes them off and tells you you're doing it wrong. Apart from the prices being higher than the other hydro shops in the area it's not a bad place to go. Just know what you want before you go and don't ask for advice. The more shops we have in the area the better so I'm glad this shop is around. I just won't go there anymore unless it's a last resort. I appreciated working with the younger staff and would probably buy there regularly if that's the only people I had to deal with.

Been coming to this store occasionally throughout the years. When I had first gone, I was pretty young, and didn't know what I was talking about. These guys don't really care for that, you will be much better received if you know what you're looking for. Understandable given the nature of the business, though it can definitely be off putting. I'm not sure if it's new management, but there's a different guy running the shop now from what it seems. He's much friendlier and more helpful than the last guy who was running it. Good prices, just be careful what you're grabbing, some of this stuff is straight from China (I pulled up the alibaba listings). Don't care on my flood table, do care on my grow lights. Guy went out of his way today to make sure I could fit a flood table in my car, really appreciated that. With it being COVID times, will make a point of doing business with you guys a bit more. Thank you!

Okay this place was absolutely amazing, excellent customer service very knowledgeable couple to go with it, they had solutions to every one of my problems and issues, The prices were fantastic, and they have a wide variety of different things and different types of stock that blew my mind, they even have indoor grow tents I had to buy one I was mind blown! Highly recommend this place for any body that's in the gardening scene or in any sort of horticulture this place will have exactly what you need and have all the knowledge behind it I give it a total five star rating overall great work guys.

The first time I was in the store, the owner assisted me in my purchase of my supplies to start my growing. He was a very good source of information My rookie questions and were answered and he assisted me in choosing what I needed. I was also assisted by his employee to help me load the supplies in my vehicle This was about half an hour past his posted closure time. A very good experience My second time I was there for another piece of equipment I was served by another employee who provided me with his knowledge and skills to choose the right filter. The employee was knowledgeable about the products he sold. He was direct and to the point Some people might regard that as being unfriendly or, if they are sensitive rude. I feel that he was not rude to me and my wife. I will be there again for my supplies and I fully recommend this business to anyone who is in need of their services and knowledge My third visit was to return a 1000 watt metal halide grow bulb. I was served my the same gentleman that served me on my second visit. After testing the bulb, I was given a new replacement bulb, and bought mystery pots and grow medium. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and had a great conversation with the employee. His knowledge of the product and the methods of growing were very useful. I will be there again next week to purchase my plant's nutritional products and I hope to remember the employee's name.

Everything I need for my house plants. I like to keep them happy through the winter, and the staff(maybe owner?) here knows what he is talking about and always helpful, friendly, just really a great guy. Got pots, soil, a plant table, fan, lots of items from this shop and he's always got what I need. Update: had an insane infestation of sweet potato flea beetle, almost microscopic little buggers, thousands and they were sucking all my baby cacti dry. I tried everything. The owner knew exactly what to use, one treatment, it's been 4 weeks and they have not returned. I can't thank you enough for saving my plants!

This industry is a 7 day a week industry. Showed up and closed on a Saturday for all of August. If you own the store hire someone if you need to. First time going to store. Not even a sign in the window saying closed Saturdays. Very disappointed.

I purchased some fittings that were mislabeled in the store and when I returned them, the owner said I must be wrong because he "has been doing this since before I was born". He said this despite the fact I had the drill bit with the correct measurement on it with me (he showed me his drill bit which had a completely different measurement on it). This all occurred a few minutes after I heard him raising his voice at an employee (possibly son?) over a lost poster that he "had with him for the last 15 years". Oh and he gave me cash (?) for my MasterCard purchase and made some comments about that too. This store is so close to my house so im disappointed I have to find another hydroponics store. With so much competition out there, I wonder how long this place will be in business. There is really no room for this level of customer service.

As someone setting up their first indoor system these guys went above and beyond for me. I was probably in their shop for 3 hours while they explained all kinds of stuff about hydroponics to me in detail. They took the time to help me design a system and then put together a parts list for me. I can honestly say that these guys saved me a ton of headaches compared to if I had tried to put together my own system myself and just ordered everything online. There is definetly something to be said for the support you get when you deal with someone locally. Thanks for all your help and I look forward to continuing to deal with you in the future!
