My experience was satisfying from the quotation process through the work and cleanup. Tony was a pleasure to work with and grasped exactly what I wanted for the pruning of two very large white fir trees. When the work crew arrived they were well informed by Tony and all went smoothly, especially as I have hosta beds under the trees that I didnt want disturbed and Gavin and Jen were really careful. I am happy with the way the trees look after a major 'canopy raise'. I recommend Action Tree Service.

We have had Miles come out twice to take down 80-100 foot tall pine tress. I can't say how impressed we were with his skills! This time, he had to take down 4 that were inside a tree house, and save the tree house. It was also very close to a shop. He did so with speed, ease, and always kept safety in mind. I cannot speak highly enough of what they do and won't hesitate them to anyone who needs this service. He also took a look at the trees on our property and gave us an idea of warning sign, and what could wait until later. So helpful!

Action Tree removed a very large Willow tree for us this spring. From the moment we inquired they were very easy to communicate with and knew what it would take to get the job done safely and efficiently. Since the job site was in a densely populated area and on a busy street, they took extra care ensuring everyone's safety and coordinated traffic control. We have have used Action Tree Services on several occasions to have large pine trees removed from our property. This week we had 11 more large pines removed as well as a few deciduous trees. Action Trees are pretty much the best in the business in Kelowna. Not only do they have the right equipment for any job, but their the crews they send out beyond committed in finding ways to get the job done properly and are tough as nails. This is the second time we have used their service. The first time was to take two large trees down which were trimmed, cut and craned out. This last time, they were able to drop two tall trees on a hillside avoiding the backyard completely where we had pool installation happening. The 2 out of the 3 person crew even encountered a ground wasp nest where they were stung multiple times (10 or more each), and they composed theirselves after, and carried on and finished the job. These guys are beyond amazing!

The estimate was done quickly, the price was great, and they were out to do the work within a week. Laura and Tony of Action Tree are the only people we will ever use for our tree care needs. We were stuck with a leaning over tree for years and struggled to find information and thought it would be expensive to remove it. But Action tree were responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and best of all affordable! Now we dont have to be terrible neighbours and can afford to take care of our trees. We will definitely have them back to take care of the rest of our trees.

There appeared to be a lack of concern for the impact of their equipment on neighbouring properties. It's windy & the guy high up in the tree is so skilled at his job....it's amazing to watch. Plus the guy guiding the very large crane...also very skilled with this wind. Kudos & well done. Tony and Laura took great care of us. Their price was reasonable, the quality of work excellent and it was done fast, on the agreed-upon date. The site was left very clean, considering three trees were removed!! Tony used their large crane and had to position it onto our neighbour's front lawn. They made sure to protect the yard very well. Because it was on my neighbour's yard, I inspected the yard after work was done and I could not find any issues. I would use Action again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them at all to all friends and family.
