I cannot say enough how amazing Heather and Ben were to deal with. I did a "on a whim" purchase January 8th, not really looking at the upcoming weather. Unfortunately my plants arrived frozen ( not their fault; they were exceptionally packaged. Canada post took a week and a half to get my plants here) Heather was very responsive and got back to me immediately and said she would send replacements as soon as the weather warmed up. I just got my replacements yesterday. They are beautiful and stunning plants. I am so happy. But the best part is that Heather maintained open communication with me and helped see the process through to the end. I will absolutely be ordering more from them and recommend you guys check out their selection of gorgeous plants.

Absolutely loved this plant shop. Heather and Ben are super nice and knowledgeable about plants. They shipped my Silver Dragon in the dead of winter and it arrived in perfect condition ready to sprout a new leaf. Will definitely purchase from them again!
