*response to owner* - Yes the top soil was from a different supplier. I'm glad you clarified a cubic yard as the "2 yard" pile which was delivered to me was barely 3x3x3 and even with it being "light and feathered out" it was a smaller pile than 1 yard of top soil!. The 2 star rating was because of the quality of the mulch however today (24 hours after being distributed) the black mulch has faded or been washed away from yesterdays rain. pictures attached (you will notice how it remains black under the tree which was covered from rain). Updated to 1 star unfortunately. not satisfied considering there are many options in the area for landscaping supply. Received "2 yards" of black mulch today. I believe it was only 1 yard but the driver assured me it was 2. I also got 1 yard of topsoil delivered and the pile was larger that the mulch... Which made me realize I did only get ~1 yard. I would have not realized how small the amount was unless I had the soil to compare. 2 stars based on the amount. 2 yards planned to do my gardens and around my trees, I was only able to get about 1/2-3/4 my garden. I will be using a different supplier for the remainder. Quality of mulch is high and delivery was 1 business day although they were supposed to call before but didn't however the drop spot was good.

Called and asked for 7 Cubic yards of top soil to be dumped on my driveway, and they came and dropped 7 cubic yards of top soil. Driver was very friendly and they dropped the soil onto the tarps perfectly. Not much else to be said, 5/5!

We have ordered triple mix from here. They delivered it on time, put it where we wanted and I can't tell you how much our garden is loving it. We also took our truck to pick up topsoil for the yard- easy to do, nice clean yard and it was nice topsoil- no rocks or anything in it. I give them two green thumbs up!

Found Kawartha Lakes & Lindsay Landscape online from reviews, so if you are reading this we were similar in our search. The online search led to a website, details including contact method. An online inquiry was responded to within 2 hours to the exact inquiry and with exact, competitive, pricing with immediate contact details. Not the lowest price, however (can this be emphasized enough) competitive and, in my perspective more important, addressed my concern. A telephone call to the contact information resulted in an immediate response with efficient and enjoyable conversation which addressed concern of the qualities of the "triple mix" topsoil and "state" with information acceptable to beyond expectation. The processing of online transaction was easy, delivery was accurate, within the anticipated date and time and onto the designated area with no stress. Last but not least the product was as discussed and expected (see photo of 2 yards of, unfrozen and mixed, "triple mix" topsoil ). Justin and his team exceeded my expectations. Pricing was competitive, customer service was superior and delivery was very fast! Additionally, the screenings I ordered were perfectly placed upon the tarp I had laid out! No lawn was harmed in the delivery of my product!
