Not the greatest selections of items and if you are looking brand names. This may not be the store for you. Maybe its the nostalgic feeling I get when entering this store that I adore or the hard working staff members I admire. I have always had pleasant experiences at this location.

Manager told me today I couldn't buy their spoons because kitchen supplies isn't essential but the area wasn't blocked off. This most likely isn't their fault with the epidemic going on but i was able to drive over to shoppers and get spoons so im not too sure. They do usually have good stuff for crafting. Overall wouldn't recommend spoon shopping here.

I would like to recognize a staff member at the dollar tree on McKeown in North Bay. This gentleman's name is Graham, he is always so helpfull when I'm trying to find something in the store, he is always in a good mood and extremely polite and friendly. Thanks for being so kind

When into store to purchase sewing needles. Asked young lady if the had needles. She replied in the craft aisle. They have two aisles listed as crafts. Could not find product. Found aisle as she mentioned with yarn in it, yet labeled as party supplies. Still couldn’t located the sewing needles. Asked her again for the needles and she said right there and walked away. Still couldn’t find them. Customer service by this young lady was very poor. Walked out of store and went to Walmart.

Normal etiquete to do inventory in the stores is at night!!! How you guys have all the employees sitting in the curb waiting until the inventory is done. Wow horrible Management!! It is 2pm on a Tuesday!!!
