Five Star Resort! We asked Sirocco Landscaping for a five-star hotel resort feel and they did not disappoint! We had a wish list of swimming pool, fire pit, hot tub, and covered outdoor kitchen. Spencer brought his creative flair and attention to detail to our backyard and has totally transformed it. During the build phase Spencer and his team were extremely tolerant with us as we tweaked and made small extra requests from the project. We are totally satisfied with their work and will be using them again to landscape the rest of out yard.

I wanted to extend my gratitude toward your crew that was servicing my yard extensively. (removed copious amounts of lava rock and shrubbery, pruned my front juniper, placed river rock down with new plants... looks AMAZING!!!! They were all extremely pleasant, happy and truly seemed to enjoy their work and take great pride in it. They were respectful and seemingly loved my bulldogs (which always wins a place in my heart). I am happy to refer your company to all my contacts! Their communication was nothing less than perfect! Side note: they also fixed my lawn issues with my dogs pee... you not know I had dogs now!

I have been meaning to write this review since last summer but life gets busy, better late then never. Sirocco Landscapes revamped our completely outdated front yard downtown last year and I can only say fantastic things about the project manager, designer and crew. The whole experience left me feeling like my ideas were taken into consideration yet it was the companies experience and expertise that took our initial vision to a whole new level! I have had two strangers knock on my door to inquire who it was that re-landscaped our yard. From the prompt replies to my emails and phone calls to the way the crew handled themselves on site and everything in between, Sirocco was professional all the way. Great value in a world that doesn't seem to place much value on value. I have recommended them numerous times since and will continue to do so.

I purchased 6 large maple trees fall 2020. These were recommended for the Kamloops climate and my particular yard. Unfortunately, 3 of the 6 trees didn’t survive come spring. After some discussion, Sirocco has offered to replace the trees at cost. Although I was initially disgruntled that 3 trees perished, I was ultimately satisfied that Sirocco was responsive to my concerns, and provided a reasonable solution.

Start to 2019 spring wake up was a huge challenge. Our landscaping project was delayed by 2+ months and totally missed spring planting due to many missed dates and failed promises. As anyone who has built a house knows, there are a lot of very important decisions to be made. Design, colours, products, contractors, the list goes on and on. One of the best decisions we made was to use Sirocco Landscapes to design and build our landscaping. It included xeriscaping, retaining walls, paving stones, irrigation, a pergola, front and rear decking, fencing, lighting and a fire bowl feature. Although our property isn't a huge one, the project presented a number of challenges because of the house design and natural grades. Spencer was able to identify the potential issues and offer suggestions on how to deal with them before providing a quote. In any big project things don't go exactly as planned. When this happened, Spencer and his team ensured we were kept up to date with any issues and changes that needed to be made. Spencer's detailed design and quote meant we were ensured we weren't going to have any surprises at the end of the project. In the end, we are very happy with how it all turned out. We are often receiving compliments from friends, family and complete strangers on how nice the landscaping is. We've had a couple small issues over a year after the installation which have been rectified very quickly and to our satisfaction. Sirocco Landscapes has left us very confident that they will be there to take care of us in all our landscaping needs going forward. I would highly recommend Spencer, Stephanie and their team to anyone needing their services.

I hired Sirocco Landscapes to enhance my front yard after meeting with Stephanie and telling her my ideas. She took those ideas and improved on them. She explained what would and what wouldn't work. The crew that came to work on my front yard were very professional (asked me questions, confirmed where things were to go), they stayed late until they were finished. I then hired them again for some tree trimming and yard clean up. I found the whole staff at Sirocco to be very friendly. Even when they made a double billing mistake they fixed it right away. Once the snow is gone I'll be asking for their help for the back yard.

Questionable service the last round, though the previous rounds were good. However, I'm giving them 1 star because they can't seem to keep their payment records in order. I am frequently sent invoices months after the servicing, incorrect invoices, or duplicate invoices (months after I've paid). What a waste of my time to have to dig through my records to sort out their mess. On to the next company for me! Edit: they're now sending me a statement that shows that I haven't paid (I have) and ARE ASKING ME TO PROVE THAT I HAVE PAID! Check your own financial records instead of asking your FORMER customers to do your work for you.

We worked with Spencer at Sirocco Landscaping on establishing a unique drought tolerant “meadow garden”, garden beds and paved driveway and courtyard at our newly built home. From the detailed design to the implementation, they were communicative, flexible and considering the pandemic, able to stick to a reasonable timeline. The drip irrigation system which they installed has proven to be very efficient . Ryan, Randy and Bill were a pleasure to have around and did a great job. These guys took over The Sprinkler Guy. He was very good but when they took over his company they did not take over the Goodwill he had developed. We had a very simple question about our system that should have required a someone looking up our system in their records but they sent someone over. They didn't solve our problem but sent us a bill for about $70. When I phoned and complained I was told someone would contact me to discuss the bill. Fair enough, but they never called. A year later and still nothing from them We have gone elsewhere with our business.
