When you look at the name “Look out landscaping” that’s exactly what you need to do is look OUT! for these people are very shady. Super friendly to take your money but in return they don’t perform what is promised. I am a proud supporter of each local business and when a business is not true at heart then it’s my obligation as a client to provide my honest feedback. See for yourself, maybe they where having a bad day and they took it out on me! So do Look Out ???? not recommend.

I wish I had read the review previous about the no show because I had the same experience. I called and had arranged with a lady an appointment for her to come give me a quote. She called already 10 min late and said she was running behind and was on her way. I waited another hour and tried to call out of concern twice and only recieved the voicemail. After an hour and a half sitting and waiting with a toddler and things to do i left a message requesting someone call me back but with still no phone call back now 2 days later. I will be taking my buisness somewhere else that is for sure.

I give this company 0 stars because they never showed up. My appointment was for 9:00 am and when nobody had arrived by 9:30 , I phoned and got a message machine. I phoned again at 10:00 and was told they would be there in a few minutes to fix my irrigation system. I had to leave at 11:45 and still no one had arrived and I had tried to call a number of times and just got the message machine. I was extremely annoyed and when I got home at 4:00 pm and no sign of anyone being there and no phone call to tell me what was happening, I phoned again and got "tell someone who cares: attitude" from the person at the desk. I will tell everyone I know about this terrible treatment and needless to say, they will never be considered for my business needs again. .

Be careful with their charges. They charge dump fees when yard waste is free to dispose. I understand your have guys that have to do the work of loading and unloading trimmings/yardwaste but they overcharge on work done and time spent on doing it. I also asked them to fix a simple leak when they turned on my irrigation in the spring. Apparently it was fixed and I got charged for it but it is still leaking.

Made appointment to have irrigation fixed and lines blown. Took a day off to explain the lines. Not only did they show up on wrong day ( and argued that it was the day i apparently booked) it disrupted my shift worker ...the reason I booked a specific day. Anyway, when I called to question why my irrigation was not fixed I was told they had no time. I was bluntly told to rebook. Why after the cost of having my lines winterized would I turn the water on to be charged another round! Second experience with this company but moving on after this one.

Do you ever wonder how some companies survive. I wanted to put this review because the work they put in my place was absolutely garbage. The owners are extremely rude and did not want to help. These people seems like customers invite the companies. Save yourself some money find somebody else I did after and cost me more to fix their mistake. Save yourself some money and And I real professional these people are not professional in anyway. Just because you put a landscaping name on your company doesn’t mean you know how to do landscaping.

We wanted a large island removed from our front yard. Once we hired Lookout, they took care of everything, from getting the property surveyed for underground issues, to laying down the turf like it was always a part of our lawn. Such a relief to leave it all in their hands and to have them be so thorough, professional, and perfect. Would highly recommend!

After city water main failure, I contacted Look out landscaping for a quote to repair damage to my yard as I needed the quote for a claim. They showed up promptly on time Dec 14 to measure and inspect the damages. I was told I should expect a quote in a few days. After two weeks I contacted them and they said they were still waiting for the boss's approval. Another couple weeks went by and talked to someone else who said they were all in the office and would finalize it that day. Many unanswered phone calls and messages since seemed to be ignored. Finally Feb 5 managed to make contact, and was told rather rudely that someone else was needed to come and give a quote as the original was not there as the person that did the quote no longer worked for them. Their lack of organization and professionalism has delayed my claim as they sat on my quote without so much as a word to me. Save your time, go with someone else. I did.
