Ils ont égratigné le poêle lors de l'installation, les briques réfractaires n'arrêtent pas de tomber, la cheminée est croche, ils ont installé des longueurs de cheminée de 48 et 24 pouces alors qu'il était possible de mettre des 36 pouces (beaucoup moins cher), il me manque toujours un morceau (une des pattes ajustable du poêle)... Ils ont aussi égratigné mon plancher d'ardoise que je venais juste d'installer... Et le comble; leur installation n'était pas conforme! J'ai dû leur téléphoner et ils ont même eu l'audace de me charger les modifications pour mettre le tout conforme.

Le service avant et après vente a été excellent, nous avons été très bien conseillé et avions tout ce que nous avions besoin. Nous le recommandons fortement avec un plus cinq.
