I stayed here for four nights and it was very nice all the way through. The suites are very cozy and had a rustic feeling. All the amenities were provided and the pool is a nice addition. However the lock on the bathroom door was broken and this place definitely needs to get air conditioning in the summer.

We had the queen suite one level with a fireplace. We spent our honeymoon here and it was perfect for newlyweds. Not super fancy but good for the price. The bathroom is quite small and was hoping for a bathtub. The shower head was good with pressure and coverage which made up for it. We used the fireplace every night and was a very cool experience. The sofa was pretty comfy and loved sitting in the chair to roast marshmallows. The blanket on the queen bed was a bit weird and would get bunched up on the bottom. The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes which was great even more so with covid shutting down dining. Was a little disappointed they couldn't upgrade us as we did book weeks prior and they knew it was our honeymoon, but it was still a great room for us! Staff super friendly and even night security chatted and told us the skies where clear enough that the northern lights might be out which I thought was very kind of him to share with us!

We only stayed a night here. All in all nothing to complain about. The room was clean, very generic, but in a great location (the pictures are from the view, we didn’t snap any pictures of the room).

There are mice in the rooms in the 400s. Has been brought to their attention several times by many different people, but their approach to the issue seems to be very inefficient given the gravity of the situation in regards to guests health when a rodent pest is present. I hope they REALLY work to solve this issue once and for all

No air conditioning in rooms and the thermostat didn't seem to do anything. So it was way too hot to sleep. Can't imagine if it was actually warm outside! Price was a little steep for a standard room in off season.

Very good visit. Only issue was loosing internet connection the morning that we left. No connection from the time we got out of bed at 7am.

Edit: please check again it was 3 nights we stayed and one night was paid through Agoda and 2 nights to you so the total which I am reading from my Agoda booking was over $800… Pros: Staff were friendly, 15 min walk from downtown. Cons: our room faced the back and was beside kitchen, garbage, organic bin and golf cart and main level so the sounds, smells and staff smoking entered the room as there was no AC and it was 31 degrees during our visit so we needed windows open. The room was dated, had paint missing, stains on wall, different colour light bulbs on the ceiling and under the bed was garbage and water bottle from previous occupants. Staff were friendly but it was fully booked so couldn’t be moved. They offered $70 off our 3 night staff of around $800. I would not stay here again.
