Went in a few minutes before they close for a simple pex part. ( Every hardware store would have one) the quickly pointed me down the road to Napa auto parts saying they didn't have it. They locked the door behind me. Napa was closed by the time I got there. very unprofessional.

I went in today because I needed to tighten 4 screws on my kayak. An employee helped me find the tools I needed and let me borrow them to fix my kayak, without purchase. A rude manager or disgruntled co-worker proceeded to reprimand this employee right in front of me quoting, “that’s how we make a living” and how they shouldn’t do that and continued their tirade, as I was leaving the store. To elaborate, it would’ve cost me over $50.00 to buy all the tools I needed for this one job, I would NEVER have to do again. I have been shopping at this location for about 7 years and I really appreciate this employee helping me out. I will be back at this store spending more money in the future and had it been for the manager or rude co-worker who reprimanded the nice employee who helped me out, I would’ve never gone back. So I hope she sees this review and I hope this store keeps giving great customer service to the people who sometimes need a break. Thanks for helping me out, I’m sorry you got yelled at. Andrew.

Had the outdoor extension cord that we were looking for. At first thought it a bit overpriced, but it's held up for over a year now after being in the snow, overloaded, and run over tons of times so thinking it was the perfect price. Staff was friendly, glad they were there considering Jasper's size; can't complain.

I love this place; just started returning to Jasper after Covid- have been holidaying there all my life... this great store moved across the tracks from downtown several years ago but it’s worth the extra time to go there. In 39 degree weather they had swimming gear; also bandages, water guns, a well priced nerf gun my son loved and spent his vacation money on, camping gear, candles, kitchen gear, sun hats... plus flooring and paint for residents of Jasper. In five days we were there three times! Superb! Thanks so much to the happy and humorous staff, Debbie

If you are a construction worker or tradesman, please save yourself and just go somewhere else. Broken supplies for sale, broken tools for sale.(you will have to wait though, cause nothing is in stock) .....maybe they will have a broken store for sale soon?
