I went there and asked the young woman behind the counter if they have catnip seeds and lupin seeds; she said, ‘No we don’t have catnip seeds and the lupin seeds are down back.’ I figured I’m not getting much help from her and went looking for the catnip seeds myself. I found them quite readily with other packs of seeds. I decided to forgo the lupins. I bought the seeds to the cash and told her they do have catnip seeds. She said, You mean, cat grass seeds?’ I showed her the packets. She didn’t seem to care or was not interested. I paid for the products at the cash and young man was the cashier. I don’t know what her role is there at Gaze Seeds but she did not give me the good service that I’m used to at Gaze Seeds. Yes they have lots of products and I’ve gotten excellent service from them with this exception of this young woman who didn’t know what products were there and didn’t care to help me. So if a person doesn’t care to learn what products are available and helping a customer, what is their role?

I am a new customer to Gaze Seed. Having heard amazing things about the company and products I decided to check it out. The agents were great at giving advise. I bought a large quantity of fertilizer and lime. I was convinced to buy a spreader; very expensive compared to other vendors; hence I assumed a quality product. It never did work properly. I had it just less than a year, used perhaps four times. When I called with my concerns I was given zero support! Basically I was told that it was beyond its 28 day warranty!! Shouldn't it last more than 28 days!? I was absolutely disgusted with the curstom service! Great with upselling, but absolutely no support with defective products!!!! I ended my call so very disappointed! I would not recommend anyone dealing with this place if you expect any kind of warranty with defective products!

I understand with Covid everything is delayed. However I placed an order on April 18th and received it May 6th there was an error. I was sent the wrong seeds. I emailed right away and only received an automated reply. I tried again 5 days ago and still nothing. I've tried calling as well. I would love to be able to change my review if there was some acknowledgement.

Great little seed shop. Not only do they stock a good selection of seeds, but they also carry locally grown seed and support local growers. They also carry the typical garden equipment and hydroponics gear.
