This is my favourite book store in all of Hamilton. All of the books are donated, and the proceeds go to the food bank downstairs. The books are used and they sell for around $1.50, except for when they get new releases. These you can get for $3 to $5. They have a great variety of books available, and the stock is constantly changing, so if you're an avid reader it's nice to drop in every couple of weeks to check out what's new.

Helped with food for holidays, registered to late to receive the gifts and extras but so blessed as long as I can keep my children feed this holiday.

I like that this food bank allows you to go once a month instead of every 30 days. It's way better that way. I also like that they almost always have milk and that they have many other programs that people can utilize such as financial planning type classes.

Thank you Shane Farraway for taking the time to speak to the Dundas Valley Sunrise Rotary Club about the wonderful work you and your team are performing within the community. While Neighbour to Neighbour and their team of volunteers work tirelessly to run a wide array of much needed programs, I'm here to tell you that Hamiltonians, especially those in need, are incredibly grateful for the resources you have been able to provide. Her obvious passion and commitment to the vision of Neighbour to Neighbour is one that contributes to the ongoing success of their mandate to improve the quality of life in their community across several initiatives. I had heard of this agency over the years but really did not know the full extent of their services and how entrenched they were in the community. Valerie and her team of staff and volunteers have worked tirelessly to ensure continuity of support through the global pandemic, aiming to reach as many community members as possible through their food bank service. they work with police against their clients with out informing about them to help police gain convictions on clients ( ENTRAPMENT)I doubt the Directors know that their volunteers are doing this to clients . Lack of trust and breach of trust. Food banks like this should be shut down. Expired foods, and rotten produce and rude Christians sticking their nose up in the air like all high and mighty narcissists.
