Honestly this place blew me away for the price. Location in downtown Hamilton was pretty nice. The hotel room even came with a kitchen and the bathroom was like new. Bedding was comfy too. Would've been 5/5 with complimentary hotel slippers.

Great hotel for short or long-term stay. Our group was there for 4 days but it didn't feel boring at all. The lobby is nicely secluded from the entrance, smoking area is weather protected, the pick up drop off can be easy and more importantly it's not super busy.i recommend this place.

Extremely skimpy with their breakfast. They will provide you with exactly 1 sausage and some scrambled eggs. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel staff are helpful and accommodating. The rooms are nice and clean and I always enjoy the layout of the room when we get our bridal parties ready here!

Extra charge for needing to check out an about 2 hours later....what a joke! Food for breakfast pretty good, service amazing, rooms very nice....pool little cold. Overall not bad just a few things I would change. I do need to say service needs to be cheered and all people work there should get a raise. Warm up the pool and be flexible with check out. Highly recommended!!!

Nice clean rooms. Very spacey. Location is convenient for business purposes, but not much to do around apart from work. Swimming pool is small but good for a quick swim before sleeping. They provide breakfast in a socially distanced way (like a take away package). Would stay here again.

We loved our stay here. Clean & comfortable.. however my only dislikes were that you have to pay for parking & their WiFi connection is horrible. I traveled from Buffalo so I didn't have any reception on my phone what so ever, therefore I was depending on their WiFi completely. Kids loved the pool, breakfast was delicious so many options. There is also a workout room. Great!!

Our check-in was the worst I experienced in over 30 years working in the tourism industry. Sadly the Director of Sales appears to hate her job; it's hard to imagine her attitude wouldn't drag down the rest of her team. I will go far out of my way before returning.

Amazing! Hotel is beautiful. Rooms are nicely layout. Super clean and comfy. Felt like at home. Would stay here again. Pillows are a bit too soft for my taste, but otherwise everything was great.

Loved the quick check in, spacious room and the kitchen. The kitchen had a big size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven and on top of all of it - utensils too. The room was clean with a good view, good living space and furnitures. The breakfast was a pick and go.
