I brought a large school group to Canada in April. This property was perfect for us as it is located halfway between Toronto and Niagara Falls. The staff and managers made everything very easy for our group. The reservations were simple and when we arrived to check in everything was in order and ready to go. I was so impressed and grateful!! They allowed us the use of a banquet room and we were able to have our breakfast there and our pizza party. They had staff serving us both days we were there and the service was better than most restaurants. The property overall was clean and there was ample parking for our motorcoaches. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Overall the service and experience was fantastic! I highly recommend!!!

Clean rooms with excellent ac (visited during heat wave). Nothing too fancy but comfortable and nice place to relax. Attended for a wedding down the road.

Room was nice and comfortable. But there was no signs stating that breakfast prices, therefore it was assumed but over 10 people there when we were eating that is was included. We were not told until after we almost finished our meal that we had to pay. Everyone the women asked (when they were done there meal) didnt know that they had to pay. All of us booked over the phone because we were there for a wedding, therefore we didnt know about breakfast. In the elevator they advertised breakfast but nowhere did they state anything about cost. Very bad planning and great way to upset many people because there was no signs stating prices.

Hilton Garden Inn is my regular hotel, all over North America, I travel for a living. At this particular location I paid extra for a room with a Jacuzzi tub, which was a huge mistake. They DO NOT sterilize the tubs adequately, I got a serious Staph infection here, took 6 weeks to get rid of. I was miserable. Otherwise the hotel was ok, a normal HGI with an outstanding restaurant (they are NOT all the same quality), but cleanliness is definitely not a factor at this property.

Everything was clean. The rooms had a small fridge and a microwave which for me it was extremely helpful. We got what we paid for.

Nice hotel, nice staff.

We had booked our room on a Saturday night using Expedia, when we got to the hotel they could not find our reservation. We had a wonderful front desk attendant (Kassandra) try and assist us and was able to get a hold of Expedia on our behalf and take care of the reservation and get us into a room. She was so pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean, and lots of towels.
