“Great product even better service” I called Stone Depot with some information, mostly incorrect and was gently “guided” by Kirk towards what I needed. Not a silicone sand, but a polymer sand that not only secured paving stones but more importantly squeezed out the ubiquitous weed infestation that plagues our patio. Kirk talked me through the the application/installation steps and lo and behold 2 weeks later not a weed in sight! I think like a lot of guys when I see instructions in size 8 font on the back of anything I go “yah yah yah” It really was a game changer to have someone patiently walk me through the steps from start to finish and ultimately dissuade me from starting when the conditions were not optimal.

I showed up about 15 minutes after close and Andrew took the time to help me find replacement bricks for my wood stove. He even carried them to my vehicle for me. Awesome customer service and I'll definitely be back!
