Beautiful flower baskets and a wide variety of plants. Some pricing is reasonable, but it is slightly more expensive than the chain grocery store pop up garden centres. Higher quality facility provides higher quality products.

Very unimpressed with the management of this greenhouse who don't seem to care about their employees very much and take advantage of young (15-18) staff who are in their first employment position. Their goodwill is taken advantage of and don't receive any overtime pay, with some weeks being over 70 hours of work. Refusal to listen to employee problems and lack of willingness to change means staff turnover rate will continue to be high until something is done. Lots of experienced staff left when the new manager was hired, perhaps a coincidence?

Incredibly beautiful, aesthetic greenhouse. Large selection of herbs, flowers, trees, shrubs, you will most likely find whatever it is you're looking for. Also has a wide selection of garden accessories, such as pots and planters, lawn decor, wind chimes, everything! This is by far the best plant store im aware of.

today was my first time visiting Bloom Greenhouse, I drove 25 minutes to check it out. It was worth it and I'll definitely be back :) A staff lady who's name started with M(can't remember) helped me plan my garden and was able to answer all my questions. As a new gardener, they made me feel comfortable and creative

I bought a number of trees and shrubs from here back in June 2020, at that time the staff told me there was a warranty on all the plants I bought. Most of the plants ended up with disease which I nursed back to health except for a peony. I went to return this peony 30 Sept 2020 because it was dead and I was told they do not refund perennials. I will not be returning back to this business and I do not recommend Bloom. Poor communication and refund policy. Very disappointing.

Took my kiddo for Bunny Breakfast event. Everyone was very friendly and the greenhouse was very organized. Lots of airflow so even though there are a ton of plants growing in there, it doesn't smell dank or mildewy. Prices are a bit steep but the quality is great, especially for harder to find plants and seeds.

I was so happy to see the two things I was looking for Butterfly bush and candy corn plant (hummingbirds like it) it was priced at 3.99 but I got charged double that, the cashier wouldnt give it to me at the marked price she said that she will go change the the price indicator . I didn't think that was right. I would have left the plants behind but I really wanted 2 candy corn plants.

Dropped in this summer with low expectations (based on a visit a few years back). Boy, was I surprised. There was an excellent selection of healthy, good-sized plants. Some old favourites, some hard-to-find wish list items. This place is now on my regular rotation.

An excellent place to find beautiful plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees. Staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and caring. My shopping experience was wonderful. Went into buy a bee, butterfly, hummingbird plant and came out with six - all for our wonderful pollinators and received alot of helpful tips and information from both a garden worker and a sales cashier. Thank You both!!!

We went to buy rose bushes as replacements for those damaged in the winter. It had been our previous experience that you could ask for advise from the staff and you would receive valid assistance.In this instance we asked a staff member who had limited knowledge relating to the rose bushes we wanted to buy, she was unable to answer our questions but did the right thing and asked for support from the manager on duty who she found in what I would assume to be the break room. The manager responded to her request for assistance by saying she was to busy as she need to go and process a refund and walked away. This incident was not a normal reflection of the service you would normally receive, I hope its not a sign of things to come.

They have everything you need to grow a garden. I really enjoy their organic fertilizer and pesticide options. Only four stars due to the fact that they ignore my 32 year old husband when he goes there. They don't seem to take him seriously and cater to their elderly clientele instead.

I was very disappointed with my experience here today. Upon arriving we had to wait to enter, which was absolutely expected and reasonable due to covid 19 measures. The wait was not what upset me at all. While waiting in line to enter I watched, whom I assume to be a manager or supervisor (middle aged woman with very dark shoulder length hair) working the entrance and continuously barking orders at the other employees. She seemed quite short with the staff that she was supervising. When I got to the entrance, she had stepped away for a moment to get something for another customer, the young lady that was putting together boxes near by had waved us in. When the dark haired lady (manager/supervisor) returned she looked at us and was quite snarky because we accidentally missed the arrows on the floor she was EXTREMELY rude. The poor young lady who had waved us in kept apologizing that she didn’t make it clear which way to go, but it was not her fault as the manager had her doing other tasks. We ended up leaving our potential purchases and walking out, refusing to spend a dime.
