Great workmanship and friendly. I would have given a 5 star review, however communication is not a strong suit for this company. It takes multiple requests for responses. I had a patio installed 3 seasons ago, and have been trying to work with this company for the past 2 to get some warranty work completed, 3 year warranty as per invoice and now warranty has lapsed due to lengthy communication and lack of action. Work that the company agreed to complete, but has not yet. I would love to give a positive review, but for these reasons I can’t.
