We were really happy with Brock Road nursery when we purchased plants for our garden this spring, they have quite an impressive selection. However, one of the trees we bought didn't make it through the summer and they won't honour the warranty. When we talked to them about the issue, they were rude and unhelpful. With the high prices they charge and costumer service like that I wouldn't recommend them.

Phoned before stopping by, but based on my question, they should have known that they didn't have what I was looking for. Prices are quite expensive.

Great selection but terrible customer service. Bought a tree there at the beginning of the season, died, and they refused to honour the warranty. For the most expensive nursery in the Guelph area, I'd have expected more. Recommend checking out any of the other nurseries in the area - prices and service are better.

Staff are very knowledgeable about their craft. They are a little bit expensive but if you need help with your grade and youre serious about it, probably one of the best stops in the city.

Came to pick up 1 yard of triple mix today with my dad's open trailer. Andre helped me and even notice my tire was low on air and offered his compressor to fill it up. Great customer service, super helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Andre and your staff! Nice people!!

biggest selection in Guelph; very well organized, with signs for different areas and explanations of what is in that area and what those plans like} -reasonable prices -jaw-dropping pre-potted planters -some staff were rushing around unloading new stock were keen to stop and ask if we needed anything -SO MANY SUCCULENTS <3

Came here looking for butterfly bush and spring flower bulbs. No bulb at all. Limited selections on plants and quite pricey. The place feels different from my visit few years back. Had to wear mask even when i was just outside in open spaces ☹️
