Terrible customer service ! Service desk was lined up , there was one guy cutting keys , another on the phone . He gets off the phone , picks up the intercom calls for customer service and then walks away .... no one came to help after he left ! Wont be returning , this happens most times i have needed help at this store .

If you happen to live a ways away don't bother to call and see if they have your product in stock. They will say yes they do and they have several. So you will drive 40 miles to get it only to find out they don't have it and haven't for awhile. And it's also funny that no one will come forward to say they were at fault. Thank goodness Home Depot had it in stock or this review could of been even worse.

A man named Rod helped me get some lost Aeroplan points. I came in yesterday and bought about $150 worth of product but no one told me that I can collect points until Rod asked me today. It was quick and easy for him to pull me up and get me my points! Thanks for going the extra step my dude.

great friendly location. i had a few returns and lost the receipt for some stuff and 2 ladies at the front went out of their way to track down the receipt. then i talked to another guy at the back counter and he went out of his way to get me a discount on some damaged items. you wont go wrong shopping here

We went to a clearance sale at woodland homehardware and we found some doors with glas inserts that we bought for our gazebo after we were told they were wood doors however after installing them we got a rain and the doors started to bubble so i contacted the store and was lefy with the impression that because we bought them at clearance ther is not much they can do evev though we were told they were only to find they have a mdg coating that we are on our own to deal with so unfortunately it is buyer beware

Customer Service doesn’t exist like this anymore I swear! But I was in Homehardwares paint aisle and I had no clue where to begin for my projects. Luckily there was a young lady at the counter who immediately saw me, and had a beaming smile. Genuinely looked happy to be there which was refreshing to say the least!! She walked me through step by step, exactly what I needed to do my project in my kitchen. I’ve never met anyone who was so willing to help me out and patient with every question I asked. She never talked down to me, or made me feel bad for not knowing which is always my experience at other paint stores. Just was patient and had no problem explaining. Andrea is so knowledgable about her department and awesome!!! I’ll never go anywhere else for paint and neither should you. I would give her 10 stars if I could!!
