Had my snowblower gone over there this fall. Bill was over $200 and still never ran correctly. Go to look at it myself and find out they left the old gas in there after cleaning the carb and installed the wrong spark plug. Will not be using them again any time soon.

These all four of them are crankiest bunch I have seen in along while. The bill was ridiculous... they wrote and wrote over top to increase the labor amount...$300.00 later.

Giving this place one star since 0 is not an option. Never have we dealt with such terrible customer service. It's shocking how this business is still going as I can guarantee we're not the 1st people this happened to. Called ahead of time to see if he could help troubleshoot the issues we were having with a hotsy pressure washer with a chinese engine. Gave him all the details and he said he could so we took it there! He was BEYOND awful to deal with from then on. Not even sure how to describe this character..just awful. No want to help whatsoever and just angry at the world. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
