Would strongly recommend. Greenblade Landscaping has shown me they are invested in this community beyond a motivation for personal profit. They went above and beyond assisting our Neighbourhood Association with the installation of a new orchard and we are extremely grateful. I will definitely call on them for any landscaping services I require at my personal residence in the future. Thank you Greg & Co.

Phoned for some pricing on commercial maintenance services. Person on the phone had the tone and attitude that I was somehow inconveniencing her with my inquiry. She "would call me back with prices"... Never heard from them again...

Very unhelpful. When requesting a detailed quote on a very large job I was simply given the information off the website and never given anything in detail like requested (such as delivery costs, taxes included etc). When asked for delivery it was made to seem like a huge inconvenience. I would NOT recommend this company and because of how I was treated I left my first ever review. It is sad because I never even got a chance to use the company. It seems they are to busy to take new customers.

But the number of loads of topsoil from a few places in town and they ended up being about 50% clay :/ for $200 a load. Lastly I called Greenblade for some topsoil and when it came it was top notch, I wish I had started with them first ...

Very rude and unhelpful receptionist. I ordered sod and other materials a week in advance (to plan for weather and coordinate with family that was helping me). No follow up from Greenblade and when I called to pick up on the scheduled date I was told (rudely) that it would be another week or longer because "that's how it is this time of year". I cancelled my order and was unapologetically refunded. I went with a competitor who was able to supply the sod within a few days. Terrible customer service.

Bad experience with Greenblade. Receptionist is so rude and sounds like she is always inconvenienced with any inquiry you call about. They installed a tree on my front lawn, left huge deep ruts from their truck that they did not fix. Called in to have them fixed and they refused to fix or replace the sod so it was done by someone else. Then, without letting me know or asking, they come randomly dump soil full of rocks on top of the new sod and spread some seed and call it good. Do not recommend

The receptionist was rude, was looking for a memorial tree for my mother and called and they quoted my daughter a price. Sent my husband in to go pick out a very special tree and they wanted to charge him $100 to just go LOOK THREW THE NURSERY!!!!! Imagine being charge $100 just to walk into The Bay or Superstore (ect) to look for the item YOU WANTED? They claimed it was miscommunication but never proceeded to help or make any effort. Completely disappointed & wouldn't recommend them or their services to anyone. Thank-You for your time.
