If you want an end to the frustration of the never ending lawn weed war, then this is the service for you!!! Used to spends hundreds and hundreds of dollars every summer on over the counter weed control products and still had a lawn full of weeds! Not anymore! Aztec’s lawn application is pure magic! Highly recommended. :)

My parents had sod ordered and laid with this company. They laid the sod in September and said the grass would be fine. Come spring alot of it still hadn't taken, and looked like it was dying. The ground was also uneven under the sod, so much that we were getting large areas of water build up (it looks like we had a mini hill in our yard. After many phone calls and the manager trying to say it was our fault and we must of walked on it, finally admitted that maybe his guys did not evenly lay the soil underneath. A crew was sent out to fix the area in the backyard. There is still ALOT of dead areas, The manager Adam kept brushing it off and saying it will take, it needs fertilizer and watering. There is still 1/4 of the sod that never "came back". They refuse to come and replace it or fix it. He pretty much said he is washing his hands of it and not his problem. I definitely DO NOT recommend this company. I'll add note, we paid in full cash and we paid as soon as the job was done. So they have no problems taking your money and leaving you with whatever you get. Horrible, rude service.

Aztec was a pleasure to work with. Adam and Alyssa came out to discuss options and kept me up to date on scheduling as well were great with suggestions as we planned my project. When the crew arrived they were prompt and polite. They worked together well and did not take any shortcuts. I was very impressed with the communication and clean up after the job was complete. I would recommend Aztec Landscaping in Grande Prairie. I hope to have them back again next year for more yard projects!

We hired Aztec to plant 11 large trees and do a mulch bed around the permitter of our back yard. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves and recommended a variety of trees so that we ended up with a nice mix. I can’t wait to see what it will look like in a couple years. We did have a small invoice discrepancy but they fixed that with no argument, just a misunderstanding. I would use them again!

There are some amazing landscaping companies in G.P. This is not one of them. It was as if they never came to my house but still billed me. When I questioned them about it they treated me like dirt. If you’re looking for anything done try any other company available, you’ll be glad you did.

I'D GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD. We used this lawn service in 2017 and tentatively booked for the following year. Meanwhile my husband found out they had punctured our underground watering system which had been clearly marked when they aerated the lawn. When they phoned to confirm the service the following year, he declined. Regardless, we received a phone call in September requesting payment for a service we had not received. My husband explained this to the accountant/bookkeeper and thought that was the end of it. No such luck. We received another notice and my husband again explained to the same person that we HAD NOT RECEIVED THE SERVICE. Today, 2 years later, we received a phone call from a collection agency demanding payment and threatening our credit because we had not paid a bill for a service WE DID NOT RECEIVE in 2018. We are a retired couple, who in the 47 years of our marriage have never defaulted on any payment or bill. Now thanks to Aztec's incompetency, we are being harassed by a collection agency for the first time in our lives. Definitely 0 stars!

Seen them do snow removal, caused damages to my neighbours property, the worker denied doing so. Case closed. I be careful in using their services.

I am very disappointed with the service I received from this company. I had signed a contract to get the spring clean-up package done and 3 applications of spray/fertilizer done. For the spring clean-up several areas were clearly missed (picture attached with sections clearly untouched) - but, I had the work done late in the year so I didn't fight to get it fixed since I felt it was too late now. When they did the first spray, again, some areas were clearly missed. The areas they got looked great after one spray, but it's unfortunate more care was not put into the work. After the work, they also tried charging me for all 3 applications, claiming it was company policy. The contract I signed stated billing would occur after the work was done (billing arrangements section from their contract attached), and they could not show me where they indicated prepayment was required. So I cancelled the remaining applications, and was required to pay for the service at a higher rate since I refused to pre pay for the other applications - I don't believe this was fair as I was not the one that breached the contract, but it was clear with me that this company was not open to resolve my concerns.

I called 13 companies (3 of which were other local landscapers as my final resort options) in our city looking for somebody to cut TWO sidewalk blocks in half for a landscaping project. After feeling defeated getting quotes ranging from $200-$400 (for 1-2 simple cuts), Aztec was able to do it for a fraction of the cost. They loaded and unloaded the blocks for me, did a perfect job, and were an absolute delight to deal with. I have full intentions of going back for all future landscaping needs!

Good service
