SCAM ARTISTS. i was sold a $1500 set of "leather" sofas. this was a blatant lie, as less than a year later the garbage quality pleather started to peel. we brought this to their attention and we were told there's nothing they can do. we've filed a report with the BBB (about 2-3 years after purchasing mind you, never thought of it until now), and keltic furniture replied by saying we're now out of warranty so they can't do anything, but the first time we brought it up we were still under warranty. they also claim to have never called them leather, which is a complete lie. now our sofas have duct tape on them and theyre ugly. thanks! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Prices ok. Large selection for living room/bedroom/kitchen sets. Option to buy pieces if you do not want a whole set. Delivery with setup is a bargain at $40. Commission based sale staff is obvious with the "help" you receive. They used time sensitivity and availability to try and close the sale today - tactics that don't work on saavy shoppers. If you are easily pressured or having trouble saying no, my advice is to bring a more assertive friend. Overall a good experience. Happy shopping!

A good selection of well priced solid wood furniture 'ordered from Quebec', but a bit misleading since it's made overseas. Sales rep laid it on pretty thick even though we had already selected pieces on our own and were just looking to pay.

Shopped with my elderly father who was downsizing and buying all new furniture. He has some back issues, and wanted furniture he felt comfortable in. Service our first visit was awesome, and we found the perfect sofa. Everything on the floor is in stock, so they held it for us until his moving day a few weeks out. Once the move was complete, he needed some.smaller pieces. I popped in, took some pictures of a few things as suggested by Mohamed, and returned later with dad so he could make the final selections. Staff remembered him from our initial visit, and went out of their way to make sure he was happy with his choice. He bought coffee and end tables, which they offered to assemble for us if we didn't mind coming back to pick up, and a lovely print as well. He was well taken care of, he admired a couple of other items, and once he is settled in his new place I'm sure he will be returning for a few more things. Thanks Mohamed for all your help and patience!

Their website prices are not accurate to their actual prices. I drove from 15 minutes away to pick up a product that was advertised at $499 on their website. When I got there, it was listed for $749 in store. I showed them the posting on their own website and the lady said "Wow how old is this screenshot?", I said "It's not a screenshot, it is on your website right now", then she told me in a rude tone "None of these products are even close to this price, our website operator listed the wrong price" and walked away without apologizing or anything. Very disappointed that they were not more apologetic, and did not offer to sell the product for the price advertised on their website, or anything lower than the in-store price for that matter. They also told me that their website operator had to rush to Halifax, while I feel bad about this, it is still the business' responsibility to ensure their advertised prices are correct. After all, somebody had to add the $499 price in the first place, and they should accept their mistake by selling the product for their advertised price, then fix it.

The customer service is the best Cape Breton has to offer in the furniture department by far ! They dont pressure you but fully accomodate all of your needs and requests . The furniture is beautiful and the prices are unbeatable ... they carry alot of smaller canadian company's products which I really like .
