Me and a couple buddies rented some bikes for 3 days to tour the Cabot trail this past week. The machines were in tip top shape, all had the new Milwaukee 8 motors, very impressed with the service received here.

Excellent service ! Exceeded my expectations. All of the staff from Darren Moore the general manager, Daniel the business manager, Jeff Hawkins and all of the service and parts guys are great to deal with. Todd in parts will get what you need as quickly as he can and will keep you in the loop if there is any delays. The showroom is super clean, organized and they offer a solid selection of outerwear as well. We are very pleased with our Polaris Titan and the service and parts pricing I have received in the past for my RZR and Honda ATV (also purchased at that location when it was Ramsey's). Overall I would highly recommend Cabot Powersports for consideration when purchasing a sled, ATV, SxS or parts. Solid service and a great crew to work with !!

Found it hard to get a price and payment, chased them for three days back in spring of 2020, just couldn't seem to make a connection with this dealership on anything from what products are available and pricing. Called Babins after three days of no service from Cabot and Babins had my son approved over the phone and they knew what we were looking for in an atv all within three hours. In fact I was so impressed with how Babins handled my son I put myself on their waiting list and I just purchased an atv for myself. 2020 Yamaha 700 eps , 2021 Yamaha 450 and picked up a Yamaha 2400HC also, all from Babins.

Called ahead in search for tires for my bike. They couldn't fit me in for another two days and I was traveling through so I stayed extra night to get my tires done. I spoke with Paul on the phone and he had attitude right from the start. When I got off the phone I was impressed with how I was just treated. I would not have dealt with this company if I didn't have to. I was then charged 2 hours to change my two tires. At 80 dollars an hour that's 160$ just to change the tires.. very disappointed with the service. But I was able to get tires on my bike and back on the road with short notice to the shop. I appreciate them being able to squeeze me into there "busy" schedule.

Only gave 1 star because Google doesn't have a negative number. A couple years ago had a fork problem with my wife's Heritage and they never looked at but said we needed a seal. Which they would have to order and get in 3 days! Decided to cut our trip short and limp the bike to the dealer in Moncton. They were able to look at it and fix the broken fork bolt in 2 hrs. RIDICULOUS that Ramsay's even can call themselves a Harley dealer.

Took 2 tires over that needed to be changed out. They were swamped and bill went above and stayed a bit late for me so I could get back to the trails,and tires are awesome got away for $303. Thanks guys your shop is awesome...

Brought my new quad here for it's first service because the guys I bought it from are a bunch of clueless stubborn a-holes that don't deserve a cent. Guy at the service center was down to earth and knew what he was talking about. A 2 week wait in Halifax turned into a "we can have that done for you in the morning" with these guys. Glad I bought it the extra few miles.

Got denied sale on a 15000 dollar bike without them even doing credit checks or anything so unless you look like and are a millionaire drive the few hours to the next closest honda dealership and save yourself the angry and upset.

I took my new polaris sks snowmobile into cabot powersports with a mechanical issue. the service staff looked after me quickly and told me they would do whatever they could to get me back on the snow .. Before the end of the day they called and told me my sled was all fixed and good to go. They had the parts in stock and they understand that the sledding season can be short and its important to them to get problems fixed and sleds back on the snow. very happy cabot powersports is my Polaris dealer.
