Store usually has everything you need, pharmacy is great , workers on the floor are great but for some reason cashiers have been rude and felt rushed things just thrown around. People have bad days I understand but this has been multiple times with different people young and old , I have better luck at sobeys .

I always use this Superstore location. The staff are very helpful, friendly and attentive. Beware of the hours between 12 and 1 o'clock. The line ups fill up with students from the high school buying chips and pop etc. Very busy!

Hello, as a frequent shopper at GB Superstore I had to comment about todays visit. I frequently buy Scotsburn coffee creamer possibly 3-4 at a time. The price is good, generally. I asked at the courtesy desk for a raincheck for there were none on the lower shelf. The girl said because it was not in the flyer and it's an in-store special she could not give me the raincheck. The girl was and is always pleasant but I was upset. I never said anything but had a look of disgust. Policy maybe? Thanks for the time reading this. Sincerely, Pat McLean

I normally use the PC Express online pick up at Atlantic Superstore Liverpool which is super - friendly, professional staff who are always helpful and efficient, but going into the store has generally been a completely different experience. Deborah the shift “manager”, who I have made many complaints about is rude, never helpful and when I tried to use a family / friend’s discount I was informed about through my family member who works there, Deborah spoke to me as if I’d hacked the system to save $15 - all in front of staff and other customers. As a professional (yes tell Debs I’m not a thief) who works in labour market development and employment, I was also floored when I said who my family member was (in Deborah’s staff) yet she kept telling me “I have no idea who your family member is”. She spoke to me as though I was trying to con them ! It was humiliating! What a way to value your employees and customers. I will be shopping at Sobeys Liverpool from now on because they are always helpful, professional - and my family and I value that in the services we choose.

Just one thing that p$$$# me off. I paid for my groceries then left. On the way out I seen the chicken tenders n had to have some. To buy you have to get your order then go back in to the register you just waited in line for and pay for it. Way to go guys. Like where is the covid awareness/ prevention here?
