We are former clients of “Techni-Snow”, the “other” snow removal local company. After Techni-Snow drove into our house twice, we decided it was time to move on from the relationship, which was toxic at best. “Melanie” at Techni-Snow was decidedly unpleasant to deal with and accused us of trying to get money out of them for driving into our home. Well, duh! Anyway, she was completely unprofessional. At ay rate, what a blessing in disguise- as we found Weeping Willow and Cole and his team. Not only is the service far superior, Cole goes above and beyond, and it has been positively refreshing to experience actual customer service! Summer is here and we are so pleased with Cole’s company and the winter service we received; we have already requested a walk-about to talk about summer landscaping work! Called around 6PM on Feb 8th, 2017 to get my driveway cleared (plough had passed while I was at work and mound had turned to ice). Answered the phone right away, gave me an approximate time (in my case was same evening), was at my driveway pretty much around that time. Worked quick, asked me if I was satisfied with his work (which I was) and left. Prefers cash or e-transfers.
