A little more expensive than others on the market but I don't usually mind too much if it's to encourage local industries. On the other hand, following a small bickering outside the contract between Symetric and myself, the person doing the work left without warning in the middle of them ... Afterwards returned to complete the contract granted and did very good job. This rushed start did not impress me so even if I am happy with the end result, I can not give higher as an opinion. Par contre, suite à une petite bisbille hors contrat entre Symetric et moi-même, la personne faisant les travaux est partie sans avertissement au milieu de ceux-ci... Revenue par la suite pour compléter le contrat accordée et a fait du très bon travail. Ce départ précipité ne m'a pas impressioné donc même si je suis content du résultat final, je ne peux donner plus haut comme avis.

Very not professional. I have been chasing them to replace 2-3 cedar trees for the last 2 years. They always tell me to wait until the fall, they will come and replace it. I have not heard anything from them this year again. I ended up replacing the trees myself.

Save yourself months of headaches and intimidating maneuvers from the owner of this company to dissuade you from complaining about their very expensive and poor service. When planting the trees were not planted hollow enough and soil was not added and compacted around each tree to anchor them firmly. Results, the trees lean and fall at the slightest gust of wind (see photos attached). Several roots are exposed to the sun and frost, which causes several trees to die. I contacted the company 3 times to fix the problem and they didn't come back to fix it. Save yourself months of headache and intimidation from the owner of this company! Don’t use any service from them! (Original) N’utilisez pas les services de cette compagnie. Épargnez-vous des mois de maux de tête et des manouvres d’intimidation du propriétaire de cette compagnie pour vous dissuader de porter plainte contre leur service très cher et médiocre. Lors de la plantation les arbres n'ont pas été planté creux assez et de la terre n’a as été rajouté et compacter autour de chaque arbre pour les encrer solidement. Résultats, les arbres penchent et tombent au moindre coup de vent (voir photos ci-joints). Plusieurs racines sont exposées au soleil et au gel ce qui fait que plusieurs arbres sont morts. J’ai contacté la compagnie à 3 reprises pour régler le problème et ils ne sont pas revenu le régler. Save yourself months of headache and intimidation from the owner of this company! Don’t use any service from them!

Very not Professional sales service. They gave me a price a few weeks ago but didn't want to gave me an electronic version. I followed up a few weeks later and they gave me a new price of 250% (yes you are reading correctly) claiming that it's late summer and prices went up. Also tried to call them several time and wouldn't return my calls and when finally reached them they were more interested to talk about how they are professional service .... basically selling themselve instead of trying to help me and understand my needs. Very arogant and wouldn't recommend doing business with them.
