Very nice place to buy your plants and flowers for the garden. The prices are the same as everywhere else but this garden has a huge variety comparing to other similar places.

This was my first visit to this garden centre. It was vast and in the nice outdoors but sadly they were nearly empty of stock. Maybe it’s too late in the season and they’ve run out of product. I’m happy to have discovered it though for future seasons. ????✌️

(Translated) The tomato plants I bought were sick and developed an infection on the leaves within a week. The owner refused to exchange them for new plants or give me a refund. He was also very aggressive. Also, the cashier charged me too much for the bags of soil, luckily I noticed it at the cash register. Jardins Chartrand is a dubious operation. I do not recommend this place, you will be better served at Botanix or Rona. Le propriétaire a refusé de les échanger pour de nouvelles plantes ou de me rembourser. Il était aussi très aggressif. Aussi, la caissière m'a trop chargé pour les sacs de terre, heureusement que je l'ai remarqué à la caisse. Jardins Chartrand est une opération douteuse. Je ne recommande pas cette endroit, vous serez mieux servi chez Botanix ou chez Rona.

The flowers are beautiful and the cost is ok. I went there today(for the first time) and asked to see a hanging basket and was told no as it was difficult to take down. An employee had just taken one down for me and It was a little difficult. I really wanted to compare with another kind. An older woman whom I think may be the owner but I’m not sure was the one that told me that. She seemed rather cold and in a hurry. I felt like a bother to her. I then proceeded to the cash and was met by two lovely young ladies. I paid for my plants which were a total of 200.00 then went to my car. I realized once there that I needed another piece of plastic cover so I went back and was told it was 5 cents. Don’t get me wrong I’m all about recycling and trying to reduce waste but I literally just spent 200.00 and was ready to spend much more as I am redoing my landscaping but based on my experience I don’t feel that I will go back. It wasn’t that I was mistreated I just felt like I was a bother as a customer.

Randomly came across this nursery while looking for somewhere to support locally for plant buying. SO glad I found them!
