I wish I could give less than 1 star! I have NEVER had such poor service. They never come, my husband has missed multiple work days because we can't get the car out. They always come before the city and refuse to come after so we're still trapped. When they do come the do a horrible job. How a company like this is still in business is beyond my understanding. DO NOT USE EVER!!!!!!!

I have been using Habitat for my snow removal and never had any problems. They have always been there early in the morning, removing snow, The owner even sent someone to dig us out of the snow piled up on the front port after a storm.

Poor snow removal service and poor customer service. Slow to come remove snow after a snow fall and only do areas that are most convent. I paid for shovelling services, they have NEVER shovelled my stairs even though I have complained about it 3 times. Now they have stopped answering my calls and returning my calls when I leave messages. Claimed the 'forgot' to do our street. Even though other houses on my street get tip top service (bigger apartment complex, probably a bigger service charge for them). I could have spent the same on a snow blower and done this myself. Will be steering people away from this company.

Glad to see someone has a good relationship with the owner and operatives, hopefully that means they get decent snow removal service, on a timely basis and if property damage is done by them the own up to it....... because it certainly hasn't been the case for us nor it would appear many of the other customers. I also wish i could give less than one star because frankly they don't even deserve that.

About 30 hours after the February 12-13, 2019 snow storm started and dumped 31 centimeters (over a foot) of snow, habitat finally showed up in my in-law’s neighbourhood. For 30 hours anybody in that area who used habitat (like the many seniors who aren’t able to clear snow themselves) couldn’t get their cars out of their garages and nobody could get into the driveways (like paramedics, homecare workers). During those 30 hours when habitat was a no-show, other snow removal contractors showed up 2, 3 (and maybe even more) times to clear driveways. Calls to habitat were useless because the voicemail was full. Habitat didn’t just breach their contracts with these clients but put people at risk. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time habitat took its time showing up but it is certainly the most serious.

EXCELLENT SNOW CLEARING FOR MANY YEARS. I was so surprised to see a poor review of Habitat that I felt I had to write in. We have used their snow clearing services for many years and have always been delighted with their service. Of course, there are some occasions when they have to wait for snow to clear before they can do a complete job, but they have always come promptly, worked well and returned to "polish" the service when the snow continued to fall. I don't know what went wrong with the last reviewer, but I really highly recommend the company. I have had an excellent relationship with both the owner and the operatives. They are all always unfailingly polite and cooperative - and the price is great too.

I cannot believe there are any bad reviews about this company. We have used them for many years. After this latest storm which is causing huge problems for everyone (February 12, 2019), Habitat actually sent a guy (apparently the owner's nephew) around to check on properties for any problems and do whatever he could to help clients. We have a row of seven townhouses and one of the owners was stuck. The nephew spent 30 minutes trying to help us clear the lane of the stuck vehicle. They don't just remove snow, they actually look out for their clients. 10 stars for these guys!!
