Mary Brown's! What's not good about this place. I've been in a few from Winnipeg to Newfoundland. Food is tasty and never to greasy or salty. Yes it's deep fried but it seems to be far less greasy and salty then that of KFC. The taters are bang on and the salads are to die for. Also the counter staff are always friendly and helpful with a smile. Loves me Mary's! Get some if you haven't!

Sister Mary Brown has some of the driest chicken I have ever had! If you are from America, it's no KFC and if you are from the South, it definitely is no mom and pop joint. The hours are whenever they feel like opening and don't think they won't close early! The service was the best attribute of this establishment.

We don’t have MB’s in Ontario, so I thought I had to try their ‘taters’ and chicken. So I did. And I wasn’t impressed. The food took a while to be prepared and tasted absolutely, regular.... it fed me and I don’t have any ill feelings. But just. Regular.

Brand new location, tons of parking, very clean store and washrooms, wonderful interior lay out, some tables in the middle of the restaurant have power outlets for laptops or other items, usb ports also, very quick service and they bring food to the table, the piece of chicken were big and crispy, the taters also very amazing

The biggest thing wrong with this franchise now is quality control.....things can taste different from one store to the other. I hated the fries at this one, they weren't cooked enough. The biggest constant is the batter, but sometimes it isn't put on the chicken properly....or its over cooked. Just my two cents, quality control. 2018-07-24

Food is fairly consistent but the owner is cheap on Big Mary Mondays. He was over heard saying he's losing his shirt on them so he instructed workers to say they were out. So if you go there and they say that to you, know they are instructed to lie.

I've eaten at this Mary Brown's many times but this time was by far the worst. Normally when you order a dinner here you can barely eat it all. This time the pieces were tiny on both of our orders and it looked like their chicken breasts were cut in half. Also very few taters on the plate.

Good taste to the food, wonderful customer service. Very knowledgeable of the menu and made sure to ask us if we needed anything that went along with the meal. Made sure it was hot and ready to go when called on. Only reason 4* is the corporate pictures of the food is miss leading. I got a sandwich called the big Mary and it was child size.

Mary Brown's in GF-Windsor is one of the best on the Island. Good menu and food is always fresh and hot. The establishment is very clean, comfortable and has adequate seating for those who wish to dine-in. However, what is most obvious is that staff are so pleasant and friendly.. Good sign of contented employees! I am a frequent customer because I am a satisfied customer! I would highly recommend.

Come on.. Mary Brown's is legendary in Nfld. and for good reason. Best marinated fried chicken I've ever had.. their sweet potatoe fries are crisp which is magic. I was already a big fan of Mary Brown's but the one in Grand Falls-Windsor takes it to a whole new level. The buns are incredibly soft, the chicken is super crispy yet juicy from the inside and the spicy mayo just perfectly seasoned. One of the best chicken sandwich in town hands down! Highly recommend!

It's Mary Brown's, so the food is pretty much the chicken equivalent of crack, and I mean that in the best way possible. There's also a nice outdoor seating area behind the restaurant for dogs or cigarette breaks if you've been on the road all day.

When we have take out we usually always go to Mary Browns and get great service. But when I went there yesterday I got great service from the girl serving but the lady cooking the chicken was horrible. No other word to describe her. I was ordering a 12 piece meal and like always I told the girl I would pay extra to get ribs and breast for the white chicken. This was never a problem. She checked it in then the lady cooking the chicken started shaking her head and saying "no I I am not doing it. She is not getting all big pieces. And there is a nine minute wait for chicken". I told the girl serving me I dont mind waiting 9 minutes and paying extra. The girl serving me went into the kitchen and told her I was willing to wait and pay extra. And once again she was shaking her head saying "no I am not doing it. All these other people are waiting for their chicken and she is not getting all big pieces." I dont know where all the other people were waiting but it was only me and my nine year old nephew there. The girl that served me was very sorry and she really tried but this lady that was cooking needs help on working with her social skills and how to talk to coworkers and have some respect the customers. Would appricate an email or phone call from Rob. I didnt place my order after her attitude and went to another resturant ordered what I wanted and they filled my request. Because of this horrible staff person you have you resturant lost out on a $40.00 order and lost a family of customers.
