The best food in there was the won ton soup. The "Japanese Sushi bar" did not exist. The grill was not open. The salad bar had everything but salad. The Chinese food bar was poor at best. The general Tao was mushy and had no spice. The sweet and sour pork was the same. The spring rolls and egg rolls were over cooked. The chicken in the other dishes with veggies was horrible and bland. The desert bar had only a few items that looked like a herd of jackals went through. The service was poor. The bathroom was disgusting. They had the mesh cover from the urinal on the toilet tank and a sponge that looked like it was used in a biohazard facility on the bathroom sink. I stuck to the floor with every step. They charge $38.00+ for 2 adults.

It is July 21 n we are tired, hot n hungry frm a long road trip vacation on our way home ... For the price it’s decent enough, nothing too fancy. Hot food during the Ontario winter was exactly what I wanted. I came in a tour group so they prepared tea, hot water and pop right away. The cutlery is plastic plates and cups, which is admittedly a first experience for me.

so me and my girlfriend went to the casino we won we were very happy we decided to celebrate by going out for Chinese food when we got there we chose the buffet I sampled a little bit of every dish that was there it was absolutely disgusting most of the food was charged cold and hard and flavor less the worst part it cost me $36 for a little bit of stuff that isn't even what i like I will never return to this place and from this point on I will always check Google reviews before I walk into a restaurant that have never been at before because this place was horrific and I could have avoided this whole incident had I'read the reviews of others on that site it also agree that this place is disgusting

The deep fried shrimp seemed to be 2 pieces of shrimp per piece. Overall great experience, especially when it seemed there was only 2 people serving the dining room.

Stopped for lunch with family. Food was ok, not amazing, not bad. Very weird to eat on styrofoam plates. As previously mentioned this place caters to tour bus groups, not individuals. Not so bad until I was left at the register while my card was still “processing” and I had to tear off my own receipt while the employee walked back into the dining room. Will not be coming back.

Food was average and wasn`t very hot...and we arrived at the start of the buffet. Waitress was nice and helpful. But the worst thing was the strong strong urine smell in the men`s washroom. It was even wafting from the bathroom and you could smell it from where we were sitting to eat. Most likely we will not go back. Overall was not an enjoyable experience.

Very friendly and accommodating service. We ate inside, atmosphere was pleasant. Food was good. The chicken wings were crunchy and delicious. Chicken balls had lots of meat and a thin coating of batter. The general Tso chicken was sweet, not spicy but we had the option to choose how spicy we wanted it. Garlic eggplant was good but rice was ok. Overall, food was not overly greasy. Overall we enjoyed it very much.

Our tour bus stopped here. This place could use a lot of improvement. First of all, you eat on paper plates. So much waste. Second, the food wasn't all fresh. There's limited options. Some things look like they aren't restaurant quality. I can also imagine lots of canned food (peaches) and ready made items. I didn't trust the cleanliness of the place. Could use more vegetarian options. And last but not least, calling it Fine Cuisine is a bit of a stretch.

I am new to Gananoque and already ordered twice from the House of Dragon and both times the food and the friendly greeter have been exceptional. Both orders were reasonably priced with different dishes so that I could see what was best for me and now I have 4 fav dishes. The food each time was deliciously plentiful as the containers were stuffed to the lids and the different dishes had fresh, large pieces of meat, noodles, seafoood and vegetables...this is a great place to consider when ordering Chinese food. Please support local business as much as you can! As much as you can during these tough times.

We order takeout and the food was Delicious. We ordered a Won Ton Soup, Hot & Sour Soup, Chicken Chow Mein, Mushroom Foo Young and the Moo Shui Pork. Everything was amazing and great portion size for the money. Some of the best we've ever eaten. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water.

We had take out, the buffet was obviously more popular. Waiting time was okay. We had a combination dish of five different items, which came all in one container together. This resulted in all five items smothered in the red sweet and sour sauce (which wasn't very good). Chicken balls were very doughy, taste of other items was good. Shang hai lo mein was a bit overseasoned, lots of curry. Portion sizes were good. Not our best experience with chinese take out

Don't eat here. I went with my girlfriend and the food was just terrible. Oily, cold, hard, mushy...just horrible and nauseating. Only decent food were the French fries. Girlfriend currently on the verge of vomiting. 2 stars because I feel bad for the servers. Not that they had much work to do anyway, everything is served on Styrofoam.

Worst, the absolute worst Chinese food I ever had. My wife sent her plate back. I suffered through my plate. It appeared the plate my wife sent back was served to another couple. We felt rushed, the food was tasteless and under prepared. None of the usual amenities you expect to get at a Chinese restaurant, ie. fried noodles or tea. They need lessons in cooking and hospitality. In short...stay away. Far away.

This is the worst chinesse restaurant I have gone to. My spouse and I went to the buffet to discover plates were dirty. We had to return 4 of them before finding one. Most of the trays were empty or barely had scraping in it for the exception of fish, noodles and a dish of green beans. We thought the cook would come and fill them up but he did not. When we asked the waitress said they served 100 Asian individuals and they were closing in 20 minutes. We even saw an Asian customer put her bare hands in the peach bowl laughing as she walked out to her bus. We will never go again... $35 for scraps and we had to pay as we dished out limited entry prior to realizing they would not fill up the trays. We waited 10 minutes to pay as only server was washing the toilets... yeah fortune cookies were handed to us... gross!

This restaurant is located in Ganganoque off Hwy 401. It is mainly a Chinese buffet restaurant, you could order a la cart. The buffet had a total of 30 items so selection was limited. The food quality was mediocre. The sushi were stale looking as the outside seaweed had turned colour from black to light brown. We visited on a Tuesday night and paid $16.95 per adult, $9 for a 9 year old and $4 for a toddler. It was a conveniently located restaurant but I wouldn't recommend it. There are better choices elsewhere in Kingston.

Most of the food tasted good and was hot but the service was absolutely terrible. After we were seated, it took 15 minutes to have our order taken. The kitchen worker who brought out our food had a filthy disposable mask. We were not checked in on throughout our entire time eating (approx. 30 mins) for drink refills and didn't even see our server. We had to go to the front counter to get our bill after waiting at our table for 10 minutes wondering if we would see any servers.

Had a lovely family style meal for 5 tonight! Wonton soup was delicious as well as our huge deep fried shrimp, chicken balls, rice, chow mein, mixed veggies with beef and egg rolls! Very impressed and all 5 of us were full and satisfied. I think it was only the 2 people working but they were lovely and took care of us. (3 adults, 3 kids, but the one child only wanted soup lol)

The place was really crowded and we expected it to be better due to that fact. They promised a table in half hour and gave us one. The place was not swept after the last customer left. One of the worst experiences I've had in quite a while, it is straight up embarrassing to bring your girlfriend or significant other here. Once entering the building my girlfriend and I was greeted by rude staff (maybe the owner?), we were given plastic take out plates and utensils for our food, something completely new to me for dining in. The food, to put it lightly, was horrible, not only was I served with a strand of hair in my food but it was clear that the restaurant had a insect problem, I saw some on the windowsill and even some underneath the table. I asked for a refund as this is not what me or my girlfriend was expecting out of a restaurant, I've seen fast food places have better service and appeal than this place, whoever is running the restaurant should get a reality check because this is not how you run a establishment.

Very disappointed as we were all set to there this night as online stated closes 9pm. We ate there last time through and food was A Ok. I came here for lunch buffet arranged by the tourist guide. Eat with paper plate n cups . It’s a small place with little choices of food. Everything either too sweet or too salty. Mostly are vegetables. The fried chicken had turned! Some coke are flat. Coffee is not covered for the price. Meat are not refill quickly but the veggies. The ice cream have melted. Got no bread for the soup. If I know I’m going there I would rather eat at McDonald’s or Tim Horton next door.

Good place to get Chinese food

Went there for lunch. Soup was cold. Found out that they put the wrong container out. They brought me another bowl but it was so inundated with soy sauce I could not eat it. This was an all you can eat buffet place but there were a minimal number of dishes and they were very bland. I will not return.
