Unbelievably poor service. Came in ready to buy a projector, first guy ignores me after taking a picture of it. Wait for 45 minutes. No one around. Then the second guy comes and tells me it's out of stock. Unfortunately I'm now in a rush and am not going to wait the 2 weeks it's going to take..... What a waste of time. Save your money and time....shop amazon.

Look, I get that times change. But I liked it better when Staples employed young workers getting their feet wet in the job market. I have no issue with the East Indian fellows that work there, I just see fewer and fewer opportunities for the teens of our community to get some work experience and it pisses me off to see another low cost employer in town taking advantage of immigrant labour. How's about paying a living wage that any person could make ends meet with? That being said, store was clean and found what I needed, but again, I shop there because I have to, not because I want to. Walmart, I'm looking at you...

My husband bought a Bluetooth speaker this morning. He took it to work, tried it out and it was not as loud as he was expecting. He took it back for return within a few hours of purchase. The manager accused him of switching the speakers out with an old one; even though we haven't purchased anything from staples in months and would not take it back. Not only is it offensive that he accused my husband of doing such a thing but he was very rude. We offered to show bank records, receipt and everything and they won't return it. So now we are stuck with a $150 POS speaker. Worst part is, the manager is the one that sold him the speaker in the first place and acknowledged that the speaker was white. I was a retail sales manager for years and not once did I treat or accuse anyone of such a thing without undeniable proof that the customer was trying to pull a fast one. Supposedly the speaker had a little bit of dirt on it. If I could give less then one star, I would. We are contacting head office to see what can be done.

Time for a change... This store has too much older & outdated products for sale. Damaged product cases & boxes on shelves. Dusty, full of holes, duck taped chairs & broken desks on display. Lazy, uneducated & unknowledgeable staff. Why would anyone even shop here to support this store? Please clean it up, stock more recent up to date products, educate the staff on products sold and where to find product locations within the store so they can help customers. When I go into a store wanting to spend 100s to 1000s of dollars I don't want to see that. You're losing customers and money but letting this continue.

I brought my laptop (I paid 300$ extra for warranty) to get fixed they said 2 weeks you'll have ur laptop back! Well I dropped off said laptop June 1st and I still don't have it! Worse is that they know I need my laptop for school so I asked since it's taking u so long to fix my laptop can u loan me one so I can complete my schooling and the Manager tells me to buy a new laptop! I just spent over 2g plus the warranty on this laptop iv been generously patient when ur two weeks went 2+ more weeks (still unknown how long have to wait to get it back) I am not impressed at all! HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING A LAPTOP FROM HERE! Rant Done

My heart could not be more full! I went to Staples this evening to pick up emergency subject folders for my students. My list was long with a specific style and multiples of each colour. The staff went the extra mile to unpack the boxes that they had just used to take down their back-to-school folder display. They helped me find the style I was looking for and the amounts I needed. To top it all off, they ended up giving me the box of folders for the cost of ten! I literally did a happy dance in the middle of the store! Thank-you so much for making this teacher's school year a fantastic one!

ordered toner cartridge same as i have many times before was told it will arrive next few days waited over a week and half no call nothing . Went in looking for a box to ship a package. Was told to look in the wrong area by an employee ended up finding them on my own. Boxes were slightly too small and asked if that had any scrap cardboard I could use to fill the gaps and was told no by another employee who was standing next to an empty card box. I asked about said box and he deferred the question. Ended up having to buy a second box for a small amount of extra material. I understand that it's a business, but FSJ is a small town and if you're not willing to help people out in a tiny way like giving them a small box that will be thrown into the recycling then you don't deserve my business.

I entered the Staples location in Fort St John on May 18th 2018 to have numerous faxes sent. I've had no previous experience with fax machines and the young associate whose name was Jasmine greeted me with a pleasant smile and asked if she could help me in anyway and I responded I have no experience with fax machines she immediately responded with we can help you with that sir. Jasmine was very attentive and patient with my lack of knowledge and now with her tutelage I feel confident to do it myself next time. This young lady in my opinion is an asset to this location and I would be happy to deal with her again with any of my issues.

I traveled in from 90 minutes away to have a work station PC looked at. Just needed data recovery. Now I did this on September 5th, so I get that its Back to School week and the store will be busy. However, I am standing there with a desk top tower looking like I need help (because I did, actually) but the store manager and a employee where discussing the weeks scheduling of shifts instead. Finally I was acknowledged that someone would be asked to help me. 10 minutes later, no one was helping...just chit chating with each other. I had to initiate that I needed help. I did not follow my gut on this one, I had a bad feeling but like most horror movies, I continued into the darkened basement. It is now September 11th at 3:45pm, I was told that I would receive a call on Friday to let me know if the data can be recovered. I called Friday afternoon, no answer, not ability to leave a voicemail. Called every two hours on Monday, again no answer at the store location. Called Staples Canada Customer Support at 930am and they are to send an email to the store manager directing him/her to contact me in reference to my computer repair order number. At 3:30pm, called back Staples Canada Customer Care and even the service representative cannot get a hold of the store. Its laughable! Regardless on how this goes and what the end result is (probably won't be offered compensation). This will be my last experience with Staples. Ever. In any city.

I couldn't get a refund for a webcam I bought here cause the serial number on the webcam doesn't match the serial number on its box. This is of course a manufacturer's mistake, but even so I have been denied further assistance at the store. In addition, an employee named Lok told me that the mistake was mine (hinting that I was a scammer) and threatened to ban me and my boyfriend from Staples. Poorest customer service I have ever seen in my life. Hopefully there will be a personnel change soon.

Generally speaking I find the staff are ok, but not fantastic. Pretty much standard Fort St. John service. On the bright side, they usually have what I go in there for. If your in Johnny and your looking for office supplies, your at the right place.

Some staff are helpful and usually polite, selection is pretty good; prices are standard range usually... except for office furniture which the prices are high especially if you need something assembled. The print & copy center staff are great and do their best, though some of them could use more diverse training for different business services that should be available locally for a growing city of this size.

This dessert is called Panna Cotta which is a vanilla infused with passion fruit. I got it at the Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge at Vancouver Airport. The lounge provides a private, serene escape from the bustle of airport activity. Decor definitely needs a facelift, and very few food options. This dessert would be the only one that enjoy.

Had a phone call with someone in technology. I have dealt with Staples a lot over the last 20 years but never have I had the kind of experience I had with this individual. Not helpful to say the least. A further experience calling staff at this location two weeks later for a different request resulted in a similar experience. It seems that poor customer service over the phone is to be expected from staff at this location.
