I found myself here through unintended circumstances (broken plane stranded me in fsj for an extra night). The room was comfortable, and I appreciated the aesthetic. My room was an accessible room, so I can confirm they have wheelchair accommodation. The staff were friendly and understanding, both the hotel front desk and the restaurant (Just Jacks) serving staff. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I found myself needing a room.

It was beautiful. The staff were wonderful and the food of the restaurant associated with it was great. And they had a great entertainment lined up for the event I went.

I’m a tea totaler, I’m here for the week. Yesterday after I arrived a made tea in the Keurig machine in my room, yuck! I called to the front desk and asked for a kettle, I was told they would look. Later as I was passing the front desk I enquired again about a kettle. I was advised that they were looking and if they couldn’t kind one they’d buy one and put it in my room for me. Sure enough, after I returned to my room tonight after having been out working all day there was a brand new kettle in my room, and a China mug, cuz who drinks tea in a paper cup? The staff here are not only friendly, they care about their guests. Lucky me still has a few more days here. Thanks guys!

This is a fancy hotel, very comfortable with lots of amenities. I had dinner at the restaurant, Just Jacks and it was a decent family restaurant style place.
