Fantastic service from Counter Employee ‘Trish’, who went out of her way to search for a solution to a problem that I was having with the Sump Discharge pipe and freezing of the line outside of my house. I will patronize this outlet in the future as I felt like a valued customer and find this retailer to have good service ethics.
