We had owned a hot tub in the past, and amidst cancelled travel plans for the year decided it was time to get a new one to soothe aching (aging) muscles. We did a lot of online research, and visited the local stores a number of times, performed many a google searches on the different brands and models and decided that we wanted to go with a Coast Spa from Decked Out Home and Patio. We ended up buying an Omega Curve model as its smaller size suited our space and our lifestyle. After having it for a week now, I'm confident it was the right choice - the jets are powerful (and there's a tonne of them) and the seats are varied so that you can move around to focus on whatever part happens to be aching that day.

Did a ton of homework and by far the best made hottub available in Prince George, especially for our winters. Then when I got to the store, service was top notch. They were able to do a site inspection of my raised deck within a couple hours, and arrange the crane for delivery the next day. We were enjoying our hottub by the next night. So happy with our new tub and experience purchasing from them.

Our hot tub journey has not been an easy one. The first place we talked to and ordered from locally ended badly! (In the end the issue was resolved by I think perhaps the owner) As much as that experience soured us to even wanting to purchase a different hot tub, we decided to go into DECKED OUT... WHY did we not go to this place first?!! The customer service at DECKED OUT with Deanna and Elaine went far beyond our expectations. Within 20 minutes of talking to Deanna we made the decision to purchase a COAST SPA! I have to say I’m thankful to the other place for their poor customer service because it lead us on this new path! Deanna told us the time frame we were looking at for delivery and set up of our new tub, and it was delivered right on time.(very quick time frame) Derek was also great to deal with. He put our hot tub into a sunken area we had waiting for him with ease! He also went ABOVE and BEYOND for us. We had an electrical problem, thankfully Derek was able to correct the problem and hook up our new tub! All of these people were SO HELPFUL with every step of the process from looking, to purchasing to install. Kind of a lengthy review, but look no further than DECKED OUT for your new hot tub! Did I mention how cool the product looks too? If you want exceptional service and a beautiful coast spa ... visit DECKED OUT FIRST!!! Thank you so much for all your help Through this process !!

We were looking for a hot tub and stopped by Decked Out, we were checking out the tubs and they were very helpful with information on their product. After looking at all the tubs we made a decision on which one we wanted. The day came to deliver our tub and they had run into issues on the job before us but they still showed up and made sure the install was done on the scheduled day, they worked quite late to get everything done all the while answering all of our questions. The next day as I was doing the first water treatment I was unsure of how to set up the puck dispenser, I phoned Deanna and within mintues my quandary was solved. Would I deal with Decked Out again, in a heartbeat. Thank you Deanna, Elaine and Derek for the great service. See you soon.

Very disappointed in the company, The owners would not respond to the dangers of not following code and did not get permits to install patio covering. Promised to resolve but after months of trying to get them to respond, I had to disclose the dangerous workmanship on the PDS. BEWARE as you will need to disclose the unsafe workmanship on the PDS when selling your home.

Went to these guys for a quote on a privacy wall for our deck. There was a cheaper option and a more expensive option which were equally as good for my purpose. Felt a bit pushed into the more expensive option for no real good reason so it kinda rubbed me the wrong way. Either way I asked for a quote on both which they said they would email me with. A few days later I get a quote for the most expensive option only and when I ask for a quote on the cheaper option I never got a response.

The installers were wonderful installing our tub when they said they would be there and making sure everything was up and running before leaving. Plus they even assisted us with finding the proper water solutions to bring our hot tub water within the proper Ph Balance. We are very happy with the service we received and will continue to shop there.
