Awful place to rent an apartment from!!! We had a ton of break-ins and damage over the Christmas holidays and they did nothing to increase security. Now almost a month later we get notices that management is not responsible for any of the damage or stolen property and that if we are concerned about stolen mail we should have it sent somewhere other that the mailboxes INSIDE the building as they aren’t safe ????. Rent literally anywhere else!!

They said I needed a co-signer to get an apartment. So let's see what they mean. I don't have credit which means I have more money to spend and less Bill's. How again does this make me less able to pay my rent? Just a question

I regreted renting with this people,first of all ,l got a parking ticket for parking close to the back door in order for me to offload the foodstuffs l bought from Edmonton due to someone else parked in my parking space,l called them immediately the stupid liar maintenance guy informed the receptionist that l have been parking there since last week (liar),l was out of town since Thursday morning at ard 2am and back in fortmc on Monday morning..,men don't even try to rent from this people.

Worst experience in the Fort McMurray office. I am on a month to month rental agreement. I asked them if they could waive my may and june rent as i will only be visiting Fort McMurray for a day, due to the mandatory evacuation and a voluntary reentry. They not only gave me a negetive answer but also told me that i cannot end my contract before June 30th. Although nearly all the other major rental companies did not charge their tenants for atleast may.
