Love the ???? and the ????!!! For people having bad experience with their customer service line. I feel you! How I fixed this is when I got the time I dropped in the nearest pizza 73 shop and got their number directly so if theres anything wrong I dont have to deal with their customer service. ???? Call the store directly!

Ordered delivery from this location which never showed up. Tried emailing and calling and even going in store to get my money back but each and every single person i talked to was not helpful and frankly didn’t even believe me. Isn’t the customer always right?? I will never recommend this atrocious service to anyone and i will never give a cent to this company ever again. Do better.

Don't call their ordering line.. The people there are useless. Order in person and it's great. Fast service, great food. I'll be back for sure.

We never really had a problem with the timberlea location, but tonight I was missing my dipping sauce so I called customer service to get my money back since it wasnt in my delivery order. After 15 minutes of waiting on hold I was hung up on instead of the rep answering. The next rep I spoke with 15 minutes later offered me a 5$ credit to go toward my next order, but in order to receive it I have to call first. Basically my money was taken with nothing to show for it. I won't be calling and waiting who knows how long to get a 5$ credit. They could have offered to send the sauce again, mail a gift card or voucher. Really I would have accepted any effort on their part, but I got nothing. I won't be ordering from them again. They are only one of many available pizza places

Unsure what's happened, the downtown location was always amazing and when we moved we started ordering from here and the first two times were great and this most recent time my pizza came incorrect, I ordered a default pizza no modifications and they modified it, I called to request the pizza I ordered and customer service line was great and then the store calls me to tell me that is how "this" location makes the pizza and then tries to insist I modify the default order to specify I want the default order. Not cool, there is a menu for a reason.

Worst service at store and also with customers service. We ordered chicken shawrama and they gave us pepperoni pizza. We dont eat that. They dont understand customer's sentiment or their beliefs. I would never recommend this store
