Constant shaking from construction. Feels really unsafe. No ventilation throughout the whole building. No accessibility, no elevators. Glad we moved out. Do not rent. It’s overpriced and the reception staff seems like their walking on eggshells and gets upset and unprofessional real quick if things don’t go their way. Riverside court sucks.

This company is terrible to deal with and rarely answer the phone. I talked somebody about a 13 day eviction notice served and got hung up on. The apartment is full of cockroaches. Only one laundry/dryer a floor. Stay away from anything manged by these guys just look at the other reviews. Will be escalating and opening up a file with RTDRS.

Do not rent here the manager is extremely rude very unprofessional, we got numerous bills for things we had nothing to do with for example we got a bill to clean dog poop up in the hall found that strange because I don't own a dog , put in my notice on November 30th via email due to the office was closed and no one had voicemail turned on the manager insisted we had to pay January rent was very rude to my wife actually laughed and walked away stating I'm getting that money after a lengthy phone call with their head office we got phones calls of apologizing

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE! The entire bottom floor flooded with a foot of water due to a burst pipe. And they did nothing.... absolutely NOTHING to help. They left everything in a foot if water and left it up to us to clean the flood... all they did was send a plumber to fix the pipe.... the whole bottom floor smells like mould and they won’t put us up in a safer living environment. This company is dangerous. DO NOT LIVE HERE

I couldn't tell you how many things are wrong with this place the list could go on for days. Rude staff is an understatement. They do not care about the people in the building I've seen cockroaches in the hall ways reported it and nothing. They had a faulty heat regulater in my apartment witch cause it to got up to 50 decrease I suffered extream heat stroke with now I have massive health problems because of this I tried reaching out and basicly told that they don't care. I've seen people slip and fall in the parking lot and asked if they could salt or sand for safety and again was told they don't care. Still haven't heard about damage deposit if they'll give back considering when I moved in the floors we're scratch and broken chips of wood the canvise was half fast and had little joins Every ware noise was constant. Seen a cockroach come in under the door from the main hall way in the day time with direct light. Towards the end they were offering lease for 900 with everything included but would only go to 1100 if I resigned. I didn't plan on staying there but they could at least have some compassion towards the state they put me in. I've been hospitalized a couple times with different things regarding this building I will be calling the heath bored. I do no recommend any buddy living here or to come with in the parameters of the building. Unsafe not trustworthy terrible place to live needs to be shut down. Will be informing all friends family and people in fortmcmurray about this place.

If I could give 0 stars I would Disgusting places. Bugs in every apartment. We lost tons of priceless items due to this, with no compassion or help from them. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CROOKS. Not sure how they sleep at night

Northview Apartments REIT are by far the worst property managers I have ever dealt with. I am less than three months into signing a lease and cannot wait to get out. When I moved in, there were still bug traps left around the unit and it was far from clean. I called to see if it could be rectified but out of all of the numbers listed for NA REIT online, not one of them connected me to anyone. When I finally did reached someone, the property manager acted as if I was bothering her. Nothing was ever done and I ended up cleaning the unit myself. I feel the staff are very incompetent and their telephone manners, and customer service skills are lacking to say the least. The cable is 'free' as an incentive but as the cable installer would later tell me; this is only because you couldn't upgrade your internet if you tried. I wasn't bothered by the ancient washer and dryer in the laundry room until I had to pay $30 to replace a laundry card. They must be making a killing from this -- but it isn't going back into the building that is for sure. At least 6 mailboxes are currently busted open, and at this point I don't bother calling the 'property manager'. The cost of rent is low and I 'we get what we pay for'. But staff and management clearly have to respect for the property, or its tenants and it's a shame. Take my advice and rent anywhere, ANYWHERE other than from Northview Apartment REIT.

Unqualified management Unqualified. Youll most likely not get your deposit back. Make sure you get the company to sign off to any damages before cosigning for anything!

I wish I could give 0 stars, even that rating would be too high for this disgusting company. Maint. reports are left in limbo with no work ever done regardless of the urgency or severity. No one cares to answer the phone in the leasing office, so good luck even reporting those.

Horrible....... Not worth it rooms are out dated, unorganized worse rental experience ever avoid this place. Can't get anything from them sent emails and emails to them trying to get electrical bills but nothing, they can't even do their job in the office. If I could I'd give em half a star.

Overcharging tenants for their own benefit, is how I see it. electrical/plumbing constant power outages poor signal for Wi-Fi-...... . (too many problems to list ).Pet friendly building? Pigeons, ants, constantly step around feces, barking etc. ... with the pets it's disgusting , flooding, no smoke alarm,broken door locks,very unsafe and unsecured I had 3 bikes stolen that I had locked Dishonest business dealings

Very bad service. Alarm at macdonad dr building goes off every time and takes a long time to get a response. If you ask for maintenance no one shows up.

Worst property managers ever. I have a leaky toilet and bathroom faucet that they haven't fixed and I've been waiting for a month. My smoke detector is defective and had to replace it myself. Bathroom flooring is coming up by the tub and they haven't fixed it yet. It's ridiculous.

To start off it was a horrible experience right out of the gate they're ads are very misleading when it comes to price also trying to get ahold of anyone is impossible this company makes boardwalk look like the Hilton deffinately not worth the headache

I rented this Apparently but I m facing problems with lot of heat in my unit, I registered the complaint but they never resolved it yet, neither this building has Buzzer and fob facilities either.. kindly do not consider to stay in Northview property. Their maintenance teams is not that good.. I registered my complaint on Feb 21, under emergency but it still not honoured.

Looking for a new place to live? Look no further... at northview. Need a pet friendly unit? Don't worry, the cockroaches and other mysterious insects living in their buildings are friendly and will come say hello. Like having utilities included? You'll love it when the water floods in from other people's units. Feeling healthy? You won't much longer when you move in! Customer service? Nonexistent with their staff! The ladies in the office will show you the whites of their eyes faster than they can hand out an "eviction notice". But don't worry... you're stuff is safe in your unit, as long as you aren't home when the "maintenance" staff decide to come in unannounced.

Can hardly ever get a hold of someone when you need it. Been moved out for a month and a half and haven't heard from anyone to get my damage deposit back. Don't rent with them, not worth the headache

Take my advice and don't deal with these people. dont trust their business or the people that work there. I have had the worst experience of my life dealing with them. I would have given 0 stars if i could. All they want is your money. Pick an area in timberlea cleaner and affordable.

Pest infested, cockroaches everywhere, poor hygiene, insecurity, arson attempts, theft(bicycle stolen with locks on them. Overall poor management. Moved out and cleaned their unit, and left the unit in almost the same condition they rented it to me, but they sent me a move out bill of 1350 CAD after my damage deposit of 400CAD was retained. I really want to sue them I need help doing that as we are immigrants.

There buildings are roach infested, management seems to not be interested in dealing with is. management ment is almost impossible to get on the phone with, if there's a matinance issue in the unit it can take weeks for them to come assess the issue and then even longer before they address the issue. I suggest avoiding renting with them if possible

Their maintanace is disaster, our main door is hard to open unless you kick so hard, they never pick up phones, their ansewer nachine is full ,so many things need to be improved.

Worst place in fort mcmurray to live the apartment building has cockroaches and when we reported it they did nothing they never give back damage deposit even if there was no damage done and the ladies in the office are the rudest people I have ever seen they do nothing about noise complaints and never plow the parking lot or put sand on ice I fell down and hurt my shoulder and they still done nothing my advice to anyone considering north view apartments don't living in a dump would be better

The fort McMurray staffs are so rude and and arrogant, they have no value for tenants. I don't know about other location and higher managements. it took them 4 months to maintain the smallest thing and they lie to much and the maintenance department is the worst! The main Office must fix all fort mac staffs!
