The girl who answered the phone was too lazy to check it for me eventhough they have a lot of staff or there's a lot of ways for her to check it. Very bad service!!! This location is always well stocked and organized, it is very easy and quick to determine what you need and where to find it in the store. As well, the prices have remained fair and low for a long time. The staff are also quick and accurate.

It has a varied selection of items. Pretty much the same as any other Dollarama/Dollar Store/Dollar Tree store. Staff is friendly and helpful, this store was unique as it has 5-6 self check out tills. First time I've ever seen that in a Dollarama. Whatever you do, dont go on a sunday! It was super busy.

Sterling Mall Dollarama has really improved from its generally boring, dull and out of style look/scene from it's past years to become more appealing! From the checkout to the isles there's more organization, selection and it looks much cleaner fresher and improved in many other ways, both small and large. Found everything I needed for back to school and then some, great selection as I said. Two thumbs up!

The staff was excellent however I gave it three stars because you have made the store really difficult to navigate for those using wheelchairs or canes. The changes to the outlay of the store is unacceptable and I will not be shopping there a lot in the future

Fairly well stocked - but they never seem to have enough people on the registers. The last time I was in, I needed only a few items - and there were pairs of staff members talking about relationship drama blocking alleys. I understand we're all human, with our own issues, but timing is key. Had they helped the 12 people in line and then returned to doing nothing, would not be a problem. It's annoying when a 15 min trip turns to a 15 min wait in line.

I love this dollarama. I only wish the store would enforce the directional arrows for the aisles and proper face mask wearing. The aisles are close and I don't think anyone thinks about the direction they are going, it's really annoying especially when we are trying to keep COVID numbers down. We need more signs everywhere educating people on proper face mask wearing as well. If it's not covering your nose it's not effective. I find this store particularly bad for not following guidelines.

Go to the other dollar store. Employees are rude. Cashier wouldn't ring my items through because I wasn't "next in line" even though I had just walked up to her. Forced me to go to the other till with a large amount of people already there and allowed other shoppers to just walk up and she rang them through. Pretty good selection for dollar store, but not great that they do not except returns or exchanges for any product that happens to be a dud/lemon/faulty item. Plus if you need help with something sometimes you get a staff member that's nice and helpful and sometimes you get the more they're rude and not helpful, So for customer service it's kind of a tossup.

Poor customer Service. 4 tills and the maximum opened is 2 when there is a line of 40 people. Was told im not allowed to carry my coffee cup with me. They have a no drink policy however there is no sign posted. Post a sign if you want to make up your own rules. Reached out to corporate head office and they stated there is no policy on having beverages. I think its just the staff that makes for a bad shopping experience.

Do you like snacks? Of course you do they are incredible. This is the place to go for your snacks. There is nowhere it town cheaper and with such great organization and presentation. Do yourself a favour and go snap up some tasty treats. We talking candy, we talking chips, we talking about cheap Lindor chocolate. This economy is tough right now and you gotta stock up on calories like a squirrel going through a long winter.
