I've been to many Ardene locations in Edmonton and Calgary area, this location by far is the worst! When you walk in its not organized, everything thrown everywhere. I can best compare it to a garage sale. The shirts are mix matched on different racks throughout the store making it impossible to find anything you see online, leave alone your size. I much prefer to do my shopping online because as mentioned its impossible to find the size and item I like as seen "online". This location needs a revamp!!

The store is tidy and organized even though a lot of merchandise in small space. Staff friendly and helpful at checkout but no help offered while shopping and no greeting when entering. I would prefer if I could have gotten a 'refund' instead of in store credit for my return .

Hey There!

I was at the peterpond location and it is disgusting, there are boxes everywhere you cannot even get to the clothing in places, and when you can there is just clothes everywhere! Nothing is organized nothing is easy to find it's just ridiculously messy and gross. The staff spent more time buying clothes for themselves than helping me when I was there and then over charged me for a shirt I bought.. I hate to say it cause ardene is my favorite place to shop, but this location should just be closed.

Had unlikely experience in the past. But, changing my review for the new cashier working now. They are good, they were attentive, she asked me 2 times if I am doing okay or ready to checkout, which is very good. store was clean and organized properly.
