My mother resides in a nursing home and with COVID, she is more isolated than ever. In an effort to bring her some joy and remind her she is loved, I send Fort Floral flower arrangements. Not only are they stunning, they are sourced from farmers. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is real. The last bouquet I sent arrived one day late and they contacted me to let me know then refunded me a portion of the total cost. I recently signed up for the flower subscription which is a really great deal and so convenient. I have used for the last few years and happily and highly recommend.

Flower and gift shop with tons of fresh flowers, plants, decor and decorative shelf things! (See pics below) The store is very crowded, packed in! I would recommend not bringing kids in because there’s a lot of breakable items squished in. The sales staff was super helpful in finding what I was looking for, she was very nice and I appreciated the help.

I placed an offer for my mother for mother days from out of town. Placed the order directly with the store. When my mother recieved the flowers, they were nothing like the picture, the volume of the flowers was less then half of what they should have been and the store owner, brad Hogan was horrible to deal with. He argued without even seeing the flowers that were delivered, was extremely rude and overall very poor customer service. What a waste of money! I could have gone to the grocery store and bought the same bouquet for 1/10 of the price! And he doesn't even stand behind his work.... just at the end of 10 mins of arguing, comes out with the fact that they don't have flowers left! After paying so much, you think they would at least fill the vase! Update: after sending photos of the flowers, he was much nicer on the phone and is giving a refund. Although, he never apologized and I am still upset with the horrible things he said and the way he behaved..... won't be using or recommending to anyone.

If I could give a -5 star review I would. Sadly 1 is the lowest I can go. Ridiculous experience; we came in to arrange two floral arrangements for a funeral. P.O's were sent in early to ensure they had payment. Upon arriving and discussing our floral arrangement ideas we came to finalize two arrangments. NOTE: we discussed our ideas and plans infront of the shop owner. At the END of our planning the owner informed us two arrangements were already made for the funeral... Two arrangements we had no say in creating. BOTH BTW were completely the WRONG colour scheme. What place goes ahead and creates two floral arrangements for your family funeral?? Obviously, we're upset that people who have never met our loved one made the final decisions on her flower arrangements.. the owner aruged they needed additional P.O's to make two new arrangements because they used our first ones for the two arrangements WE DIDINT ASK FOR. Come funeral day... Fort Floral has the audacity to threaten to NOT send the flower arrangements on the day of her service. Ridiculous shop, with inconsiderate staff and low values. They don't care for your occasion.. they only care for their dollar made. Will never go to them again.

Highly recommend the Blossom Shop! I’m now living out of town but still use them as my go to flower shop for my mom on special occasions... they never disappoint! Great prices and beautiful arrangements!
