Could not have been a more loyal customer, our garden full of pants and trees purchased from Garden Gallery. So disappointed when I tried to exchange a shirt, tags and gift receipt attached. I was told to look at that receipt, you are 4 days too late, the manager really could have cared less. I was upset and let them know I should be a valued customer, look at my account, nope did not care. One would think they should!!

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Everything your looking for, for your outdoor needs and indoor planting as well. Decor and much more. We recently redid our backyard from sod to plants and fountains/statues. Had tons of help from the floor staff and great cashiers. Melissa the manager was a delight! The older gentleman who loaded our sod in the rain was amazing and pleasant the entire time. We return and they remember us making every time enjoyable. A place everyone should go!

Great spot, except for the LCBO part. If you're trying to return empties, don't bother. Staff is not interested in doing this part of their job. The are unhelpful and rude. They can't seem to get the deposit amounts correct. When I pointed out the mistake (for the third time in a row) it was suggested that I not bring them there any more. Childish. Luckily, don't have to shop there, other places near by.

Have been here many times and have always found a wide variety of garden offerings. Especially beautiful indoors at Christmas time with wonderful decorations to enjoy as you make your way through the store. There is also a little boutique with unique clothing items to choose from and a very small lcbo.

UPSET! First ever review. I have been shopping at SGG for over 30 years now. I was also excited when they added on the clothing line..as it made my stop a one stop shop. I recently was in and purchased a few items of their clothing line and after wearing a pair of black dress pants only for a second time, I notice the stitching was coming out. When I went in to exchange for another pair, the sales lady would NOT exchange them due to the fact that I cut the tag out (like who doesn't), she even looked me up in the computer and seen exactly when I purchased them, they were not even a month old..and she was very rude about it. I will not return, due to lack of customer service. VERY disappointing!!

The products are expensively beautiful and they have so much to choose from if you arent on a budget and want to buy really nice things. If you are looking for top quality decor this is the place. My personal experience with the employees however wasn't that great and I felt vert unimportant and disrespected as a customer. There was one man who appeared to be hard working and was very friendly as he passed by. The other 6 workers I passed didn't even look at me. I proceeded to pick out a hanging fern and asked two nearby ladies the price and they were very friendly while informing me they were unsure of the price as the ferns had just arrived. They told me there was one hanging inside and there would most likely be a price on that one. This whole trip through the gallery I am carrying my sleeping toddler in one arm. So I take the fern in my other hand up to the check out. The lady immediately tells me I can't buy the fern I am holding becausr it doesn't have a price tag on it as they just arrived and that if I wanted to come back in about a half hour they would be all ready. To me, this is unsuitable customer service given the plants were just placed in the gallery. I am not going to wait half an hour. This is a case that was very easily fixable where the employee could have went and picked up a pricing ticket and sold me the plant. A little extra effort for a customer so willing to shop here with a sleeping toddler so deserved. But instead this woman was very hesitant about giving me any further help and I could feel her hesitation as she became quiet after this and went back to checking price tickets. To me, this experience is enough to say I will go find better service. And I did. I dont plan to go back here. I felt personally uncared for. You work in retail, you care for your customers.

I was so embarrassed and alarmed today when visiting the Stevensville Garden Gallery. Please note- I have been here multiple times and have always had a very positive experience. In fact - just a few days before mother's day I drove from out of town with my mom to scope out some plants she liked. Accompanying us was my dog (adult and well behaved) - where we were welcomed and greeted by friendly employees. I always check to see if places are "dog friendly" and most green houses are. As I walked in earlier to day with my sister and dog- we were about 2 minutes into our visit- and passed multiple friendly employees before a very intense woman basically JUMPED in front of me to loudly let me know that i cannot have a dog in the shop. Initially, I thought this was a joke- remember- just a few days prior we were welcomed. The manager - "MaryAnn" would not come speak to me - instead she was barking orders to her employee through a walkie talkie. I explained that I had looked into their policy and visit with my dog at this location occasionally... that I drove from out of town and was following all thier rules.....but they seemed to change today. They had no policy and were making things up every couple of minutes - now I was allowed to have him outside only... and a couple minutes later when the husband of the manager (did not introduce himself) came and very rudely instructed me that now only small dogs were allowed inside bacause you can pick them up as they maybe a biting hazard??!!! I understand this is entirely their right as a business and maybe they changed their policy without letting the public know - no signage or notices. I am so shocked with the lack of leadership and policy as well as the unprofessionalism in the management here. I was singled out and couldn't get consistent instruction from staff. It seems that someone made a decision on a Sunday to have a problem with a patron and her pet. As we were pulling away we did see another BIG dog walking in....clearly this was not a problem in the past. We were lucky to find a LOVELY greenhouse close in Crystal Beach.

It didn't have the vegetable varieties I like. I wouldn't buy most of the decorations myself. If I had a wife or girlfriend I would certainly bring her. It doesn't have a lot of choices for fertilizer.

I absolutely love this place. It has plants, trees, shrubbery etc. In addition it had a boutique where they sell lots of beautiful clothing, shoes and accessories. Also it has lots of garden furniture, an amazing selection of home decor at very reasonable prices and a liquor and beer store. What's there not to love. By the way, you will fall in love with the Buddha section and Zen garden they have. If you haven't already visited, you are really missing out,it's really worth the trip

Very good home decor selection. Decent plant selection. Minimal selection of garden tools and gardening supplies. Prices are relatively high on decor items, average on garden items and plant material. There is a lovely clothing and accessories boutique on site as well as a small LCBO outlet. There is also a seasonal (outdoor) food truck with ample seating. Lots of free parking. Across the street from Tim Horton's and next door to Zooz, a very popular seasonal outdoor zoo and entertainment venue.

I am a resident of this area for past 10 yrs and have always enjoyed shopping locally. Many friends and family from my home town have visited over these past 10 yrs and I have always made a point to bring them up to to Stevensville Garden Gallery. Over these past 10 yrs I have seen the business become more and more successful and very busy. However unfortunately what seems to have declined is the common sense CUSTOMER SERVICE -. Today I have never felt more embarrassed as a paying customer in that store I left empty handed and upset by the treatment. I asked the staff where I would locate a particular item was was given direction in the greenhouse. I asked a staff member once I got in there where i would find what I was looking for and was pointed in the general direction. Naturally I looked around for the * best* deal and noted a larger plant in a cracked pot that was selling for $20.00 less than the smaller versions. NOt lablellled not for sale or anything but next to these similar items. I Brought this to the check out. A woman in line next being nosey commented loudly about the price. I said yes it was the only one and it is the best deal. The cashier ripped the sticker off and said that is likely the price for the broken pot walked away to find someone in the greenhouse. Called them on the walkie talkie. 2 people came from green house and then another joined. Seems the focus was this was not for sale, not for this price, and NONE of them offered any sort of apology except the last young gentlemen who walked off with the pot. NO offer to fix the mistake , no offer of alternate item or any sort of deal > I FELT as if I was being TREATED LIKE A Criminal trying to shop! I left your store empty handed. and embarrassed by the ordeal.!

My wife & I have always found the Gallery to have an extensive selection of plants and outdoor furniture and decor. A beautiful selection of ornaments & decor accessories at reasonable prices. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful in both finding what we are looking for as well as providing useful suggestions. There is also a woman's clothing store, gourmet spice selection, meditation items and a small LCBO outlet. Definitely, worth a visit!

I've been to other garden stores with at least one bathroom open during the Covid alert. This place wouldn't let me use bathroom in personal emergency. Be warned. They didnt mention this when we called ahead to see if they were open. Very uncomfortable experience.

Absolutely worth every penny you spend. Sure a bit more expensive than a big box store but you cannot beat the quality of everything they grow. Far above the rest. We have been shopping here for years now and always satisfied with what we choose. Veggies, patio flowers or hanging baskets. Everything lasts all summer long well into the autumn. It makes us so happy to support local business as well. :)
